this was my first time to this venue and i must say i had a really good time the staff were friendly and helpful the drinks where really well priced for a saturday night and the music was great there are to main room and a chill out area that leads onto a rather large outdoor area with loadsa space to have a chat with ya mates the room downstairs it a chessy pop room with a 70s style disco feel and a great atmoshpere with most of the dance floors singing along at the top of the voices so some old cheesy tracks from back when we where kids then you have the upstairs room a full on dance, hip hop and rnb room with a proper pumping sound system and a great for a good stomp all in all this was a really good and enjoyable night and i think im deffinatly gonna go back again.

I have experienced proper clubbing all over the country actully but most of the events i decided not to spot at cause i wanted to stomp away

Mate i would not step foot in that building if people paid me... I should know what it's like as i used to go there & it's just shit. The only reason people are happy is cause they are all pissed out of there face.

There is no love for the music, it's just a late night bar where people get pissed & fight. Clubbing is about the music.

too true.. everyone wants something different from a night out, a comercial club wouldnt be my choice but the world would be a boring place if everyone wanted the same, I love and play house but if every clubber on the planet thought the same then house music would suddenly become pop... (Shudder)

Some of it has for example... Mason - Exceder amazing tune last year now hammerd over & over by disco jocks around the country, IE nappy on the pier, Bodyrox, Did poor Mr Ramirez get any credit for that, No he did not. They just got some silly old twonk to shout over it!!!

Yet people still get off to it???

I know everyone is to there own but it tick's me off as i have been clubbing for years now & watched it go so comercial... It's a shame that people don't want to experience really partys, like in the woods & raves.. That's what it's all about...

People need to brodan there minds & think out of the box & listen to different things, experiment with music, that's what it's there for. Don't just stick to the same stuff week in, week out...

well when i have been there there was only 1 bit of trouble and i have now been there on 3 seperate occasions 2 spotting and 1 drinking i find the place a good night cant say i have had any problems in there and unfortunatly there are bottlings everywhere everynight of the week all over the country it happens and i was having a chat with the new promotions manager up there last week and apparantly alot is goin to be changing in there including new dj's, pricing policys and promotions

Yeah they do it all the time, bring different ideas in & then a few months later they don't bother. I've seen what they are doing & to be honest it's stuff that the Mud Club has done before, so to be fair i think they are just copying...

They have tried this before, for example The Cut Up Boys. It made know difference in the numbers that they usually pull in on a Saturday so what's the point.

The venue it self as so much potential if it was put in the right hands & at the mo it's not.

That's my personal opinion & i know everyone is to there own but what people seem to forget, It's Bognor Regis not Brighton. People are not willing to travel from Chichester or anywhere out of town to go to Bognor as it has such a bad reputation, which is a shame. It's just a few people that have spoiled it for every1.

There is only one club that i will travel to in Bognor & that is the Mud Club as i find it a safe eviroment, good music & the people there are there for the music.

They had Kim Fai from Godskitchen & Danny Graham from Punchfunk last night, had to miss it though as i was working :(

But the next few weeks are going to be the nuts

i have personaly herd mud has a bad rep and its full of stuck up people " only what i have herd tho i have never visited " and Vision is in good hands they have brought in a brand new promotions manager who has bee doin this for a long long time and is ready to do something new and there will be loads of guest DJ's in its all coming he told me so we will all just have to wait and see
