HIGH VELOCITY ANNOUNCE URGENT CHANGE TO THIS FRIDAY’S LINE-UP AT MUD CLUB

9th May 2008 - The Mud Club - Bognor Regis

Hard hitting and uplifting South Coast Hard Dance event brand High Velocity have officially announced today that THC Records head honcho and one of the masterminds behind the almighty Fusion rave brand, DJ Supreme will be joining the all star line-up at this Friday’s scheduled event at The Mud Club in Bognor Regis. Supreme will be replacing headliner Re-Con who is now unfortunately unable to attend the event.

Stuart Donaghy, co-promoter of High Velocity and Promotions Manager for The Mud Club today said: “We are very sorry to announce that due to circumstances beyond our control, Re-Con will no longer be able to attend this event, a situation which is out of our hands. At the time of going to press with a flyer and locking down event promo, all was well and 100% but sadly the state of play has now changed and we feel we have a duty to inform our members and regulars that this is the case. We want you to be aware that not only are we straight down the line with our ravers so that they are not disappointed on arrival and get plenty of notice; but we also like to make sure that if such a situation arises – we make good on a substitute. We feel we have done this with the introduction of THC and Fusion pioneer Supreme as the worthy headliner to join Breeze at the top of the flyer.”

He adds “Anyone who specifically purchased an advance ticket to see Re-Con and Re-Con only that is dissatisfied with this decision, please contact the club immediately and we will look to rectify this”

The original line-up for this explosive UK Hardcore & Hard Dance super bash originally had Raverbaby & HTID resident Re-Con at the top of the bill with All Around The World and Clubland Extreme Hardcore album artist Breeze. High Velocity can officially confirm today that Breeze will still be in full attendance as billed as will the rest of the published and advertised line-up and that only Re-Con will be replaced and amply so. Currently Supreme is preparing for a whirlwind tour to promote the forthcoming True Hardcore 2 3CD compilation album on GTV Records for which he has mixed a THC disc with production partner and label co-runner Sunset Regime. The album is due in stores on the 26th May – which this Friday’s attendees can expect to hear some exclusive new tracks from, as part of his cover set at peak time.

Joining Breeze and Supreme in the Main Room will be chaotic Hardcore roof raisers Project Bosh, Rush regular Mike Vapour and Carry On Ravin resident Play Up as well as headlining MC Casper on rotation with Skatty and Mayhem. The event will also be complimented by two other rooms of Hard Dance, Hardcore & Breaks with Hard Velocity in the Star Bar and Project Bosh owned and operated Bosh.FM hosting and broadcasting from the VIP Room,

The event will take place as originally scheduled from 22:00pm – 03:00am, advance tickets at £7 are still available and will be £8 on the door on the night and be obtained by contacting Stuart on 01243 861286 or via stuart@themudclub.com. More information at themudclub.com. Coaches are available should customers live in any of the surrounding pick-up areas such as Portsmouth, Isle Of Wight, Southampton, Fareham, Winchester, Basingstoke and Chichester although these must be booked immediately in order to secure a place. Further information on travel can be obtained from Ernie at South Coast Flyers on 0797 3551 171.
