It kinda is as I work in the design studio at the office and take photos for the adverts.

Been long discussions with this before now. Any photos for the Shenanigans section of DV8 are for nothing else but DV8.

That was never an issue for the last 12 months when the mag was using my images!

Granted DV8 use some of photos I do for Future3000 to fill up some of the galleries as we have a good relationship with the company.

but thats the complete opposite of what your saying is the issue isnt it? surely that is more of an issue of DV8 using future3000 images than people using DV8's images?

I'm in the office 3 days a week and me and Suze will some stick about it next week from the MD.

Well, they are my pictures which i was asked if i could take some at the Uberchic party and at NO time was i asked to keep them EXCLUSIVE! If i was then i would have.

I didn't know that they were going to be used for?
