DeepBlue Fm Sponsorship Outline



What you get out of being part of DeepBlue FM







Company logo (and phone number or web address) featured on promotional gatefold full colour flyer and company name (or web address) included on flyers show timetable.


Supply of DeepBlue FM posters for window/point of sale with the own sponsors logo featured, and time of sponsored show


Sponsors logo to be featured on automatically scrolling bar, on the front page of www.deepbluefm.com which will incorporate a directly link to sponsors website if clicked upon. The promoters ‘scrolling bar’ will be featured on the front page, this is the first thing people see and the page they will use to get in contact via email with the studio. (The website will be promoted heavily on the radio station, as you will be able to listen via the internet if out of the area, or without a normal radio.)


Sponsor to be featured on the chosen shows ‘jingle’ i.e.; “Big Si’s breakfast sponsored by……………….dot com, for all your…………………..”


Jingle to be produced in house by DeepBlue FM at no extra charge, and to be approved by the sponsor before broadcast.


Jingle will be played at least four times per show or twice per hour minimum subject to duration of show and your sponsored show will also be mentioned at least once per show per dayduring our ‘what's on’ ident, a pre recorded broadcast run down of the days show timetable. Every show to be mentioned on the ident to start as “sponsors name presents show name”


Sponsor is allowed at to supply promotional give aways or set promotional competitions for their own show. And the sponsor may visit the studios to be interviewed about themselves should they feel comfortable to do so.


A 2 metre long DeepBlue Fm Banner with the sponsors logo added may also be provided by request if this is to be used in a way that’s legal and easy to spot to the general public AT NO EXTRA COST!!

How will people know about DeepBlue FM?





· 15,000 flyers distributed across Poole and Bournemouth from mid July thru to the end of August (with a further 15,000 on reprint standby should we run out) these flyers will be targeting petrol stations, office buildings, hair salons, takeaway food outlets, car parks, taxi firms and will also be predominantly in place in all sponsors places of business including Bournemouth Night clubs, fashion stores etc.



· All sponsors to receive personal logo A3 posters for office/shop windows



· Sponsors logos and weblinks to be promoted on the frontpage of www.deepbluefm.com on a rolling scroll, this will also be the page used for people to email the studio so there will be no reason the user would miss the sponsors logo and link.



· www.deepbluefm.com a fully functioning website incorporating a front page contact form to studio and rotating scroll bar showing all sponsors logo’s and weblinks. You will also be able to stream the live radio through this website.



· Standard ‘A3 and A2 posters to be displayed at poster sites from Poole to Bournemouth targeting high traffic areas for pedestrian and road, and all usual ‘volunteer’ posters sites in Bournemouth and Poole.



· 2metre ‘sponsors banners for external building use in high traffic areas where-ever possible



· A0 ‘estate agent boards’ to be held by Female and Male staff at major junctions and traffic lights throughout Poole and Bournemouth on day of launch with secondary staff handing flyers to stopping motorists



· ‘Estate Agent’ boards to be secured on major traffic areas entering broadcast zone throughout the broadcast period
