OK guys...

From what I can gather there were a number of mix ups on the part of this event... starting with the opening times, and finishing with the line up! As for the line up... maybe there was an issue with confirming all of the artists, though this should have been made clear online and on the flyer!

What can I say.. if you went for a local event and a night out.. was all in all a quite good night out, however if you were there to see the headliners.. then unfortunately you would have been very disappointed!

I know that the people I took were on the most part going to see the headliners, and as such were very disappointed by the no show of 75% of them, due to what seems, was a mix up!?! Especially as they had travelled to bournemouth to see them specifically!

Big up to local lad MC Casper who smashed it and suprised even me with his energy and vocal talents...

Would also like to say well done to the other DJs who kept the night alive and kicking all the way through until Kevin Energy arrived including...

Kevin Energy arived at 3:55 ready for his 4-5 set, only to be told that the club would be closing in 5 minutes! In true Kevin Energy Style, he was not put off.. and managed to convince them to smash it up for another 25 mins!! What a legend of the Nu-Energy Variety!!

Still.. good venue and atmosphere...


I think that the promoter will have a fair bit of explaining to do on this...
We will have to wait for their response!

There was a huge confusion with the line up, it was just lack of comunication and absolutly rushed for time, we only had 2 weeks to promote the event and didnt have enough time to wait for the dj's to give 100% answers, however, that is only the case for Sy and styles, MC Storm was booked and confirmed and just didn't show , this had nothing to do with us at cybrationz. the CYBRATIONZ crew are really sorry for the disappointment but for the may event we will be offering a money back guarentee. as the entry will be £6 we will offer £1.50 refund for each DJ that doesnt show. im sure you will agree this is fair and we are the only event to offer this offer. once again we are really sorry, and assure you it wont happen again. We have always delivered amazing line-ups and never failed to deliver until now, we have never had dj's not turn up before and that is only been put down to a huge misunderstanding and the time to organise and promote the event. We never set out to disappoint any of our loyal ravers. It has been our 1st event in 3 years, and as an added sorry, we will be putting on a huge line up for may, and once again it will be on a money back guarentee. So from all at Cybrationz. SORRY

You shouldnt be advertising on flyers then that u have the dj's booked!

I have to say I agree with Chelle.. as for the money back guaruntee.. you will have to fight to convince people as no raver wants to wait at an event til the end to see if the djs didnt show up to get a refund?

I think everyone should get a refund, why should the promoter walk away with "your" money when he hasnt even confirmed a line up on the flyer!!!!!

i think the nite has completly lost all customers that read dsi. i wouldnt be happy 2 pay and every1 not turn up!

with all due respect, i did put on the flyer to be confirmed so it wasnt really false advertising, we have apologised, and have offered security of your money next time, i didnt actually walk away with anyones money, as the night went on the price on the door dropped as it was becoming obvious the dj's wasnt coming. on top of this, due to ravers at the event taking out passes to almost 75 people that hadnt paid, lots got in for free and we at cybrationz ended up not profiting as on top of that, i still had to pay kevin energy for a whole set, even though the owners had to close the club 1 hr early due to the security being contracted till 4 by mistake

i think u should have paid the djs that stood in for them the full wack as u would have paid the top djs.... as now it just looks like uve made money out of the nite.

I Paid all the dj's that played the full price. ontop of that it was ME who had to play the sets that others missed. so ontop of me playing for three hours straight cybrationz didnt profit anything,

h20, what is that all about?? Kev is a mate of mine, it goes with out saying i will pay him. i wasnt saying that but fair play for trying to make another issue. I phoned kev to let him know the club was closing and that i was just gonna pop out side and give him his money, he didnt even need to come inside, he insisted to play a few tunes so i didnt get royaly stitched on that as well.oh for the record he was going straight home afterwards and turned down no other events to get to me.

cuz how am i supposed to know every person who was actually at the night????
