For what seemed like an eternity to the HKBmth regs the time finally arrived for the start of a new monthly residency at bournemouth's hottest and newly refurbished club crank.

We were greeted by huge hk banners and blow up hk symbols draped across the front of the club outside, no expense was spared for the decor inside and out.

We entered the club to the sound of music that hk is famous for, there were already large groups of people dancing on the dancefloor and there was an excited buzz in the air we knew this night was going to be something special and it was.

The warmup dj's did an excellent job of getting people on the dancefloor and keeping them there till the hk dj's arrived.
First up was colin airey who stood in at the last minute due to sam cannon not being able to make it due to illness then jim breese and paul wilkins went back to back for the duration of the night, the atmosphere was amazing the view from the decks was a sea of hands in the air and people shouting along with the tunes. They played a mixture of hk anthems which went off a treat and some new tunes which the crowd loved...

Room two was hosted by the darker side of kandi with crank's very own bedbug residents danny francis and daniel bailey who created a storm with there dirty house style which went off as the room was as packed as the main room, the atmosphere was also amazing in this room and has its own following...

After months of planning this event i feel it was a complete success for crank and for hed kandi bournemouth and i hope it continues the success and reputation it has achieved over the last couple of years...

Finally i would like to take the chance to say thankyou to everyone who has been involved and to everyone who came along and travelled from afar to be with it for the biggest and best launch party to date....

was a cracking night when i finally got there, every room was full, the music was wicked and the atmosphere was awesome!! HED KANDI is well placed at it is new home @ CRANK!!! even saw dave lee bouncing up and dwn!!

was a top night, well enjoyed!

Thanks guys it's how i felt about the night, think it was the best Hed Kandi we have seen for a long time.....;)

Top night all round and cant wait till the next one and the next and the next .....

we had a brilliant night - the music isn't what we'd normally go out to but the djs we heard kept us all entertained, on the dancefloor and pleasantly surprised!! lovely venue - overall a top night :)

Yeah, I have to say - Best venue I have been to in a while!
