Most of the effect is done with some settings in PaintShopPro. It then just need a little tweaking here and there afterwards.

You can't really get it near the standard of proper airbrushed artwork that HedKandi are reknown for! But its still quite fun to do. I've done two more for people in the past, but one wasn't particularly flattering! ( - the picture that is, not the person!)

I've just answered my own question by looking at his profile. The only night he appears to have been to (according to his DSI profile) was "Hot N Horny @ The Opera House in Bournemouth, on Thu 13 Oct 2005" - Hence no profile pic as he hasn't every been spotted anywhere!
