A religious group is planning a protest outside Frenzy on Friday. Film crew also in attendance
Ermm... well what can I say. The whole turning into a religion thing went a little bit off the scale to say the least. If you didn't see the press release then you can read it here @ dontstayin.com

The Good News

The good news is that there's a film crew coming to Frenzy on Friday night to record the clubbers and DJs for a new club TV channel.

The Bad News

The bad news is that a religious group today has stated they will be making a demonstration on the night outside the club.

I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing - you can see there website on blessed-evangelists.net where they state their intentions.

If anyone's in the Dorset area I will be interviewed on the new FM radio station deepbluefm.com later in the week about this.

Also, if you're an insomniac Cheeky Scott and I have our own radio show on this station from 3am until 7am every Sat morning in August

It would be wicked if everyone could just ignore tham and make them look stupid, but the chances are, a minority are going to get lippy and give the event/scene bad press.

As if we don't have it hard enough already!

I'd like to point out that Frenzy has not targetted any religious groups. We are simply stating that we are a religion and getting on with that.

all this over giving out fliers, bloody bournemouth council have now sparked a full on religious war, I hope they are proud of themselves and award them selves another 32% inflation busting payrise and a brand new bentley for the mayor

I've emailed Tristan from the Blessed Evangelists asking him to re-think, but the blokes sticking to his guns.

If anyone rocks up with their own banners and placards supporting Frenzy and Safe Raving then I will let them in for nothing on the guestlist.

What an absoulute joke!!!!

First they bring in the smoking ban and now this! Where the hell have our rights gone!!
We work hard to pay bills, tax and everything else and when the weekend comes you just want to go out, release some steam and feel free!!!
BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........They have to have some kind of control over that too!! Now they are bitching about flyering!!! Do you think if the flyering stopped our taxes would go down as the council wouldnt have so much 'litter' to clear up!!! NO
At the end of the day thats their job and thats what we pay taxes for!! WHAT NEXT???

I feel a protest from the frenzy faithful. I seriously think organising some of the frenzy massive dressed up as religious icons handing out flyers and waving palcards down at the town hall would get the message across to these faceless pen pushing bureaucrats in the council.

placrads suggestions please but I would reccomend:

"HANDS OF OUR FLIERS WE'RE ON A MSSION FROM GOD"

"JESUS LOVES YOU BUT WE THINK YOUR A BUNCH OF CUNTS"

"YOU CAN TAKE AWAY OUR FLIERS BUT YOU'LL NEVER TAKE OUR FRENZY"

"DON'T HAVE AGO AT US, YOU BUILT THE IMAX"

"IF THE BIBLE BASHERS CAN FLIER THEN SO CAN WE"

"ON THE 8TH DAY GOD CREATED FRENZY"

"I TOOK A BIG BITE OUT OF THE APPLE, WOT YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT?"

"FRENZINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS"

"GOD IS A DJ AND HE'S RESIDENT AT FRENZY"

etc etc
"FRENZY 1, COUNCIL NIL"
