lets get lots of people involved for this one!
Right, im inviting all my hard house/hard dance buddies to this because i hope that they will enjoy this with me as much as i enjoyed the one that i found last month.

i had just mo0ved to bournemouth (for uni) and ive been dieing to find some decent nights since the whole slinky business, and what do i find - frenzy!

i had such a good time last month, bouncing away all evening and i can only hope that this one is as good!

lets get on it!

its not massive - it used to be Alcatraz, upstairs has a small ish bar and bit of seating and a small dance bit and downstairs isnt that much bigger, again a seating area and bigger dance floor, however they may have refurbished it recently, so could be bigger or better than before..

ah i so wish i was going to this...

Cant make it now, but after the last frenzy ive seen a new way of life! Marc, last time was bangin.. the only thing you could hope for to top it is the amount of people that went (which wasnt helped by the security/ requesting of id by the doorstaff...)

Hope all goes well in its new home! Sure itll be a great night.

There is actually a club scene in the UK which isn't all about massive superclubs, and huge venues.

We put Frenzy on because it's a laugh and because our mates and us wanted somewhere to go when all the clubs like Enzos, Club X, Bournemouth Passion, Cheeky Little Monkey, etc etc closed 4 years back.. it's not our full-time jobs, we don't take it too seriously, and we don't ever look to make any financial gain from it.

All we hope is that people enjoy coming to our party. And most people who do come along do enjoy it.

For me The Empire is the perfect size for what we want to do as I've always preferred the smaller venues.

Come along and try it out.. if you don't like it, it's only £3 and a Saturday night out of your life. Which in the grand scheme of things isn't that important.. a bit like Frenzy really!

its the old alcatraz

It's under new management now and has been re-furbished inside so will probably be quite different to back then.
