FRIDAY NIGHT @ SOUND CIRCUS
SPLOOSH LIVE! & JELLYS LAST JAM PRESENTS THE FIRST LIVE GIG @ SOUND CIRCUS!!!

Ok guys, its been 4 LONG YEARS in the making! But we have sound! ohhhh yeah live music is back at in the building! PLEASE NOTE DOORS ARE AT 8PM

So come on down and sample the delights, feel the bass, hear the drums and dance your tits off. Oh and as a bonus the lovely lads from Subgiant are going to not just play but do a wicked DJ set till 2am after the gig

Headlining the night are the mighty SUBGIANT! Think deep as hell dub basslines topped with a crunchy canopy of live beats and breaks. Spice this with one of the UK finest scratch Djs and you have a unique live electronic sound. The show skips from dub breaks to psy trance and back again.
Subgiant have become popular on the live club and festival scene, filling that gap between Dj and traditional rock band. The line up reveals how its all put together. The bass player also plays a pile of keyboards and samplers, the drummers kit is like something from cyber space and the turntablist has a miriad of toys to play with. Together they produce a tightly executed and powerfull sound, if you think you can resist to dance, think again.

Support comes from Hijera - These guys played the first ever Sploosh! back in Southampton (bet a lotta ya never knew there was sploosh before Sound Circus huh) ... I could say a lot about Hijera but I will just leave it to whisperin and hollerin dot com who's review stated ''this is a siren sound of warped, shady and twisted techno fused with indie guitar... and it rocks''

Opening up, the first band to play the sound circus stage is Dead Lettuce stoner rock for fans of QOTSA etc...

So all in all its going to be frickin sweet, the start of a new era and hell some funky danceable music all for just £4!
