My first time to Digital. Last time I was there, it was the Zap club. What an improvement. Great sound system, brilliant makeover and top lights.
Kowboy k played a great latin influenced set, and the biggest shock for me was DPM who always played electro/ minimal/ techno. Now they playing proper house music, and even played Thomas Schumachers 'Sunset' and finished with the new quality tune on Dirtybird label; Beat that Bird with a bat. I heard CVS play this a couple of weeks before and hastily went on beatport and got myself a copy.
The main man Thomas Schumacher came on to a packed crowd at 2am and played one of the greatest sets I heard from anyone in Brighton. I thought because of his production he would be quite housey or latiny too, but he surprised me and my mates by playing bouncey tough tech house with just a hint of latin or tribal in some of the breakdowns. I was well impressed. Well dont to DPM and La Fiesta for putting on this quality night. Its not often that I have a top night in Brighton (without me actually plauying lol) but this was superb. Really busy too. I will defo be coming back to Digital :-)

was this good night anything to do with the fact you had a couple of sweets and last the last time you indulged in the sweeties you claimed that leeds was the new berlin???????

Yeah im bumming Kowboy K!!! er,,, or is it that i actually really enjoyed a night out at Digital and thought that Thomas Schumacher rocked. Whatever dj/promoter politics you and Kowboy K have, please dont involve me. Im not tied to one club. If I have a good night out in Brighton I will let people know, whether at Ocean Rooms, Digital or anywhere else!!

And i didnt know Bognor liked melodic spanish grooves. P.s Thomas Schumacher actually played quite banging Tech house... :-)

Where do DPM uaually hold their nights?? It says on Sebastien Legers MySPace that he's playing at DPM in Brighton on 30th October, but I cannot find the event anywhere - CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE???
