Celebratin' Lou Whitmore's birthday started off watching crap England Game, then a meal at Hotel De Vin which was top class...then burned some calories at Funky Buddha Lounge...Great choice of lighting by the bar area...the beats kept on coming, atmosphere was hot and steamy, wall to wall bodies....DJ played some old time classics as well as some up to the minute tunes and nothing was too slow...can't say much about the toilets though except they were mingin'.....a few oddballs on the dancefloor (some strange girls on a hen night dressed up in 50s gear bangin' into me) but I managed to make some room to shake my fat ass on the floor. Hadn't realised til the end that there was actually some seating area near the loos on leather sofas, so me and my friends used the speakers on the dancefloor instead from time to time to rest our toes for a minute or two. Definitely up for a night out there again. Thanks to Juliet for sorting us out a queue jump seeing as it was freezing outside!
