Steve Mac & Dale Anderson
On Saturday 8th August Sevensins Presents Steve Mac & Dale Anderson; Since Steve Mac’s first foray into House music back in 1990, he has carved out an enviable career for himself within the very top tier of the world’s DJ’s and producers. Starting out as a scratch DJ at the tender age of 11, Steve’s musical background was rooted in the pioneering sounds of 80’s Hip-Hop when genre defining artists such as Grandmaster Flash and Public Enemy were laying down the blueprint. As part of a local Hip-Hop group in Malta, Steve met his production partner-to-be Rob Chetcuti. The pair took an interest in each other’s ‘formulating talent’ and went on to form the hugely successful production/DJ duo The Rhythm Masters.
Dale Anderson’s DJ work has taken him to North America, South America, Europe, UK, Asia and beyond, and his artist album “Roadhouse”with one of the planet’s most credible dance music labels - Global Underground - will no doubt see Dale continue to bring his sound to dance floors around the world.
To date, Dale has been fortunate enough to play with many of the world’s finest at infamous club nights such as Ministry of Sound, Slinky, Renaissance, and The Gallery. Having shared the bill with Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Nic Fanciulli, Pete Heller and James Holden to name a few, Dale’s skill and sound is defined by his versatility. Dale is now also part of the Global Underground World Tours roster run in conjunction with Ministry of Sound.
Situated right on Brighton Beachfront with 7 bars in 5 Rooms and a large seafront terrace this is a very special venue. Pumping House & Electro in the main room, Funky House in the 2nd room, Sexy R&B is in the 3rd room. Rooms 4 and 5 are quiet lounges.
Dress Code: Casual Club wear, fancy dress, Jeans, trainers and t-shirts all ok! Admission: £8 b4 11.30pm / £10 aft / VIP £15.
