Inderpendance day The day Germany got Knocked out the world cup. Was somthing different. It was my first vist to the Volks, Dj Youngsta was playing classic old skool house when we (Paul-e, Bassline Junkie and me) got there. He played played for about an hour dropping some wicked classic's.

I got on the decks at 11,30. I had a real problem with the monitor speaker. Once i had sorted that and how to use the mixer which had more dials than the space shuttle (with no help from volks staff) I got into my groove and got the crowd funked up for an hour,

The decks were then taken over by Hertz B2B with ID spinning liquid D&B they played for half hour and cleared the dance floor (It wasn't the nite for D&B, sorry fella's). I then got another turn to funk the volks, which i gladly did and got the peeps back on the dance floor till close (3am). A good nite had by all.............
