***Introducing the Hat-Club Brighton DJ's: CAMILO FRANCO, FILTHY RICH, JAMES FITCH, VINCE FRIMPONG & MR HAYWOOD***

Hat-Club is proud to introduce the DJs who will be gracing the decks at the upcoming Hat-Club Brighton on March 10th @ The Zap:
We're flying in Camilo Franco from Spain, plus Filthy Rich, James Fitch, Vince Frimpong and Mr Haywood !

Camilo Franco - 11.30pm - 1.30am

New Hat-Club resident Camilo Franco first played for us at Hat-Club London at the Light Bar, and within a couple of tunes we knew we had a very good DJ and we weren't wrong ! Camilo's style is feel good house, Latin inspired, or "Balearic Latin-Funky House" as he describes it.. In times of electro being played at every club up and down the land, Camilo's set felt like a breath of fresh air !

With 10 years of experience, Camilo Franco is one of the best-known DJs in Spain. He was born in Colombia but emigrated to Spain and began his DJing career, when he was only 15 years old. Camilo is currently a resident DJ at new Pacha-Valencia where was spotted by Erick Morillo and got invited to play at 2 Subliminal parties at Pacha Ibiza in summer 2006. Camilo is one of the residents of the notorious party white island party called Balearic People at Space-Ibiza and also he plays regularly for the party We Love Sundays @ Space and also was part of the line up at the Space-Ibiza opening on June 4th.

In only his second ever UK appearance, Camilo is bound to raise the roof, and for those who didn't see him at the Light Bar, he shouldn't be missed !

Filthy Rich 1.30am -3.30am

Filthy Rich makes his second appearance at Hat-Club Brighton - and fingers crossed we might get him to wear a hat !!

Hat-Club fan Tim Sheridan said of Rich "Quite simply, Rich is the most promising DJ and producer of the new generation"

Rich has not only been winning fans here but also around the globe, with gigs in Singapore, Shanghai, Melbourne, Sydney, Poland, Ibiza, Ireland and a massive 5 date tour of Russia, sponsored by Bacardi. 2007 will host his return to Ibiza, another trip to Australia as well as dates in Italy, Romania, Dubai and a whole host of European destinations.

Containing Rich's sound to one form of dance music is nigh on impossible. He regularly ghosts between styles, taking in house, electronica and techno all delivered in a supremely tight mix with a few of his own productions and re-edits thrown in for good measure. In short though - expect him to rock it !!

James Fitch - 3.30pm - Close

James Fitch absolutely brought the house down at the last Hat-Club Brighton. James kept the crowd rocking till past 5am, and the dancefloor remained packed. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic night, with Hat-Clubbers swarming behind the decks having it !

Not many DJ¹s can claim to have played with legends like Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, Bob Sinclair, Pete Tong and Eric Morillo more than once! During his 13 years behind the decks, James has developed a unique and exciting style playing real house music, from uplifting grooves to tuff, dirty, electro beats, keeping it fresh, and always funky.

It's not just behind the decks that Mr Fitch is creating attention, but on
the production scene too. He started out as Phillips & Fitch, with his 1st
track "Sex Lies & Cocaine lines" getting remix treatment from heavyweights Deux, quickly becoming an anthem on the Terrace at Amnesia in Ibiza.
The follow up "Pass the Funk" was snapped up by Illegal Beats and created tremors, hitting Radio 1 and the Ministry of Sound Big Tunes compilation amongst others. Now James has spread his wings producing with local Brightonian Ben Prok as Prok & Fitch. Their first production "The Chant" was snapped up by Roger Sanchez & his Stealth label after being an anthem in Pacha Ibiza over summer 06, it's due for release in Autumn 2007 with huge remixes!!
It doesn't stop there though as well as being in the studio with Guy Williams for a new production James has finished his 1st solo track "Perfect Motion" which is already gaining Radio 1 support and plays from the top boys!

James is going from strength to strength, expect big things from him in
2007, he's going to go far.

Vince Frimpong 10 pm - 11.30pm

Vince Frimpong's warm up sets are so good that environmentalists are investigating whether it is actually his sets which are warming the climate of the planet !
Brighton born and bred Vince, has been DJ'ing for four years, and when it comes to warming up a crowd, there are few better ! Expect him to be having his own party behind the decks - he enjoys himself and he's not afraid to show it !! Vinces influences are Fatboy Slim, Norman Jay, and Space resident Alfredo. But his biggest influence though, would have to be Carl Cox. Vince says "Just watching Carl Cox DJ is a much an experience as listening to him. He has the crowd eating out of his hands every time he plays and that's what I want." Vince Frimpong does bring a whole new dimension to clubbing when he is behind the decks with his enthusiastic and energetic displays.

Mr Haywood 12am - 3am (Arch)

When Mr Haywood plays he has the whole house in his hands. Luckily those hands are as big as his heart, a heart than encompasses house, electro and chill, a heart as at ease in the dj booth as it is in the studio. He's a local Brighton hero who's equally at home in any European city. A genre twisting master who'll keep any dancefloor sweet, gay, straight, whatever. Get Haywood's groove and he'll get you. His set at the last Hat-Club was a seamless blend of feel good house and electro, was very well received, so well received that we just had to have him back !

Last Hat-Club Brighton was spectacular, and this ones promises to take off from where the last one left !!

I think it's £22 for a next day return, but if you travel in a group of 4 it's £10.50 each. I think there's a discount for groups of 3 too.
