UdderBELLY lands in Brighton! UdderBELLY, EdinburghWhat’s that purple glow on the horizon? Is it an apparition? No, it’s a huge upside down purple cow!! Launched at Edinburgh Fringe 2006 and hailed as the ‘Best New Venue’ by The Sunday Times. UdderBELLY is a 396 seat performance venue - the height of 7.5 elephants, 4 double decker buses or 14 cows all stood on top of each other. UdderBELLY is making its first outing in England to graze on Old Steine, the former site of Spiegeltent , where she will share the pasture with 2 bars, resident artists the Caesar Twins and an eclectic programme of comedy, theatre, music and childrens’ shows and a new home for the Festival Club.
