I've added this event as I took some pictures and promised some people I would put them on this site. This night needs to be promoted alot more. When I went to Hed Kandi in Portsmouth is was rammed. This was the only let down at Brownstone. It was nice to be in a clean club for a change but by 2.30am it was dead! This night was open til 4am but we left at 2.45am as we were amongst the only ones left in the club (under 10 people). What a let down to the end of the night. Another bonus was that ladies went in for free before 11pm.

They're doing a night at Brownstone once a month, I'm not gonna go back unless they promote it more as it sucked ended the night that early.

Hed Kandi is no longer @ Brownstone as a regular event & I assure you it was promoted massively, as Ben points out the last one was the end of Feb. We're all gutted as we did over 50 packed Hed Kandi events @ Brownstone including the incrdedible New Years Eve party which was packed.

The next Hed Kandi @ Brownstone is, funnily enough, 31st December !

It was advertised as Hed Kandi in the Bristol Venue - false advertising then!! I'm sure they had the Hed Kandi pics up, unfortunately I was so wasted I can't remember. I do remember reading that they were knockin it in. Are they not doing anymore nights at all then?? And got any recommendations for a good night next Thurs?

Shame, I'm going to a hen night next Thurs and she's in to R & B which is my least fav music. Might try and lamp out cos looks like it's gonna be a mad one. Ta for letting me know :-)

I love most things I can dance my ass off to!! Happy hardcore is a bit too much but I love it when I'm off my head and with the right people! Most things with a good beat really - not R&B, hip-hop and I'm not too keen on garage or pop! You look like a hardcore raver with yer blusher and that!

It was in a number of press articles as Hed Kandi but we had contacted them all; so no it wasn't false advertising just the usual attention to detail from the media. Thursday is our new Funky House night and it's free admission before midnight if you meet one of our PR team and a lot of very good drinks deals.

And as for more Hed Kandi events the next confirmed gig is 31st December but there will probably be more before then.
