Kid Dub & Cozzy D Present Kid Dub

A chance meeting at a club during the summer of 2006 would bring together DJ/Producer Cozzy D of the Ninja Cowboys and Producer/DJ Kid Dub. With a strong common passion for techno and a want to make good music being the driving force between the two.
Cozzy D is a DJ who holds residencies with Fervor & Dirtbag and has played for some of the best club nights in the country, such as Underwater, Type, Renaissance, Circo Loco, Nasty Dirty Sex Music & Heat, gracing the decks in some of London's Super Clubs, such as The End, AKA, Ministry of Sound, The Cross, The Key, Egg, Pacha & Turnmills.

Kid Dub

Kid Dub’s first Ep. – (The Micro Geniuz E.p. [2004]) became an instant favorite with many Dj’s in Germany & landed a No.1 in Berlin’s Groove Magazine in the Dj charts for the year 2004 – attracting instant attention from many labels which eventually lead to its re-release on Mood Music Records in 2006 with massive support from Sasse, Thugfucker, Berlin Massive Dirt Crew, Ewan Pearson and DJ Naughty amongst others. Since then Kid Dub has parted ways with Logicalnoise to focus on developing his musical productions and performances & has been producing and releasing material with Kriss Darang & Jnr J's label - Devore Recordings , Demi's - Deeper Substance Records , Ortzroka's imprint - Bicycle Raid , Timo Garcia’s - Berwick Street Records , Marko Bailey's - MB Elektroniks most recently Noir's Noir Music & John Acquaviva's Definitive Recordings. The start of 2007 brings in the first of many release of the year for Kid Dub. First up; “Freakz” on Devore Recordings which has already been having massive support from the likes of Martijn Ten Velden , King Roc , Raymundo Rodriguez , Shane Watcha , Mark Wilkinson. Remix for Justin Xara & Art G – “La Discotheque” which has been scoring mad reviews in magazines everywhere on Deeper Substance Records & to follow soon an E.p on Definitive Recordings.

Cozzy D

Cozzy D grew up listening to various genres of dance music, from the likes of Prince, Michael Jackson, MC Hammer, Depeche Mode, Prodigy & Daft Punk. Cozzy D is part of The Ninja Cowboys. Over the past year Ninja Cowboys have been ever present fixtures on the London dance music scene. Their immense popularity has even got them gigs abroad in countries such as Australia, Thailand, Poland, Norway and of course Ibiza. On a few occasions the boys have hooked up 6 decks & 3 mixers and taken their DJing to another level. The trio have graced the decks at some of London's Superclubs such as The End, AKA, Ministry of Sound, The Cross, The Key, Pacha & Turnmills, and played for some of the industry's most respected Club Nights, such as Underwater, Type, Renaissance, Circo Loco, Nasty Dirty Sex Music, Heat & Smartie Partie. They have also played a big part in the ''Sunday Clubbing Movement'' playing regularly for Formulate and also having a residency with Fervor. Fervor started back in May 2005. James Davis

With a musical charisma and maturity beyond his age, James Davis is an exciting and extremely talented electronic artist to develop from the music scene in recent years.

His passion for electronic music was evident from an early age. Often missing school to experiment with synthesisers, computer music programs and turntables. James soon realised music was to be his future.

He continued to develop his technical ability, studying music technology at college. It was then with some friends that he founded the renowned club night “White Rabbit” in Bristol, UK and started the act “Fucha Elektronikz”.

It wasn’t long until James really began to erupt in the music scene, holding several club residencies, performing across the UK and his productions becoming very sought after.

Recently James teamed up with the respected UK artist Leama to create a fresh and unique new act “Grafiti”. This pairing has really blossomed and their productions have created a phenomenon in the electronic music scene. With a smashing remix of the classic Three Drives – Greece 2000; The Steals - Sinner (a collaboration with a folk band) and a progressive techno record Ghettotech under their belt with a 'Hybrid' remix waiting soon.

This music has gained enviable support from some of the worlds leading djs; Sasha, John Digweed, Tiesto, Sander Kleinenberg, Satoshi Tomi, Paul van Dyk, Andy Moor, Armin Van Buurren to name a few.

But it isn’t just his productions, which are receiving such critical acclaim. His ability to DJ uniquely with “Ableton”, “CDJs” and Turntables all at the same time has got audience around the globe captivated. “Utilising the very latest in technology alongside generic DJ equipment gives me a opportunity to create and sculpt a unique sound for people to experience on the dance floor that I would otherwise not be able to do as effectively.” Says James.

Alongside regular performances at leading UK clubs such as Coolhouse, Loco, Electronic Sessions, White Rabbit, James has made appearances in Austria, Colombia, France, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and the USA, wowing crowds with a unique blend of his own current and forthcoming productions along with those of other artists who fit his distinctive and original sound.

With on-going remixes, original productions along with a lot more international touring set for the future, James Davis continues to build his reputation as one of the most consistent and successful electronic music artists breaking through the ranks today.
