So, LAB (Live At Bristol) Capacity: 375 Sound system: Function 1 Drinks: Red Stripe, Kirin, Kronenburg, plus extensive bottled ciders, beers and spirits License: Currently until 3am, although we are pushing for later If you can remember when LAB was previously Arc Bar, it worked well with it's combination of stone walls with metal and glass partitions, so we have maintained this but have added a great deal in terms of functionality. For example, the DJ booth on level 2 will be suspended from the ceiling and will incorporate a full, working DJ environment, including turntables, CDJs and Serato. Extra flexibility in what potential acts can be brought in to our venue is provided by a full, removable stage capable of coping with numerous size bands. If you haven't been before then the public area of the venue is over 2 fairly equally sized rooms which can be opened independently and are ideal for banging club nights, with the upper floor being best suited for live acts whilst downstairs still has a stage area but not to the extent of the upper. The front of the building is an impressive arc of glass which isn't dissimilar from a church window. Look forward to seeing you
