Thanks to Mike and all involved in the Back 2 the future room, due to a missunderstanding this room was closed an hour early, which resulted in ADT not being able to play - this matter has been resolved with the boys, and Lakota so all good!

Thanks to the Nowt 2 do.... Crew who came and did there thing in the VIP room, you can catch these bys in Hush Hush every month, and we will see them again at Nyce1.

Thanks to Dan @ Insectum Decor for the outstanding job he did for us with all the decor - Looked amazing mate!

stayed up all night to go up with ADT for moral support who we're playing 5 - 6, to b told wen we got there that they wasnt playing and the room was being shut down

not good really cuz we all had to travel and could of been told about not playing before we set off which wouldnt of been so bad

then not to get paid or even given something for fuel is a bit wrong, but then ud already left or so we'd been told

hopefully u'll b able to sort something out for them for there trouble

IT WAS A COMMUNICATION ERROR WITH LAKOTA AND THE DOORSTAFF, THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO CLOSE THE TOP ROOM (ANTIMATTER) AT 5 TO ALLOW THEM TIME TO PACK UP THERE RIG AND OTHER EQUIPMENT, INSTEAD THEY CLOSED YOUR ROOM. Had a wicked nite on saturday, lokota is a wicked club, some really good sets played (esp pagey ;) ) Well happy with the laughing gas stall, nice decor, what more could u ask for???

Will definately be down again to hear the new sound system again, was spot on!

yes a deff big thanks to nice1 for the set heard heard alot of techno bein playd early so i did crank it up a bit fairplay that sound system is fckn LOUD wz wicked enjoyd all the sets in the main room had a look round the club looks great didnt get to c many of the djs in the other rooms as i cldnt scrape myself away from the laughing gas stall :p :P (spent a fotune on them and now im starvin to death he he :P) Brought a few lakota virgins with me aswel, i think they r hookd now will deff c u all there again soonn looking forward to working with nice 1 after december aswel whoop whooop

Yeah i was booked to play it would of cost me 20quid in fuel plus always keep car in ncp car park that would cost money aswell.Was told prob not gettin paid but its always nice to at least get fuel money sorted like most promoters pay you as soon as get in club but like ben said time spent money on drinks balloons etc looking at 50quid spent out of own pocket.Sy and all the big names woulcnt play for free.

Another top night Nick - hardcore room was steaming! Had to go home about 3 and club was still rockin'.

was pretty disapointed by the turn out to be honest.... lakota has potential but just felt a bit too dirty on sat.

ok ok, i respect some of your comments and i must say Mike has a telephone number, so instead of slandering Nyce1, and our part of what we are trying to build on getting a night up together and onwards call him - as the Hardcore room was hosted by Back 2 the future, and Mike is the promoter for that night. I am 1 of the promoters for Nyce1 and although Nyce1 was the main host of it, we were offically over last month, and did not plan on doing this event, we did it because Lakota asked us, and so did the clubbers,

I would ask that issues with the Hardcore room from this months event be aired directly to Mike by telephone, just as the way he would of made what ever arrangements with you when booking you, and to stop tarnishing an otherwise great night.

There were 3 other rooms all of which of had no complaints from (yet) so if you can keep the slander directed to whom ever it concerns by phone please...

TBF we only had 3 weeks to book dj's and promote, so wasn't to bad for that amount of time, but hey lets look at making December better....???

Nyce1 still owes me money for dj'ing three months ago. We agreed a reasonable fee and still have recieved nothing. The event ended up costing us money (taxi fares, labour) .Not only that but we had to bring our own eqiupment which was a major hassle. I too promote club nights and have never not paid a performer. Even if you make a loss, covering the expenses of your performers is simple business ethics as at the end of the day the night is your responsibility and not the performers.

I would travel for free pretty much anywhere to play a set because I love the experience. I know people who travel all over the country to put on parties for no return, they are where the rave scene lives on : )

We travelled half way across the country with 2 van loads of kit, lugged them up f4 flights of stairs and back down again for petrol money. All out DJ's played for free and we all fucking loved it!

Thanks for all the ravers who had it to the psy was wicked to rave with you all and thanks to Nick and the guys for letting us come up with the rig.

Dee jay bee. I tell you what mate, dont take a booking when you get told in advance that it will be no money for the night. The reason we could charge only a fiver is because the dj's agreed that in advance.Dont agree than start slagging people off on the internet. Grow up and get professional. You are far from perfect mate with what shit you done the week before trying to fuck another hardcore night up but hey you dont see people slagging you off about it, even though most people agree it was out of order.You or your girlfrind got a problem then phone me instead. I spoke to you about it on the night when you asked money and i asked you to come back in ten minutes. You never bothered.
