It's true though - my boyfriend wasn't even asked for any on sunday and my friends girlfriend got turned away coz she didn't have any but tried the other que and they let her in no probs...

And another thing on the whole ID issue...I've kept quiet up until now as I don't really like getting involved in these things but the id is not to confirm their age, it is to prove who they are. There are only 2 forms of ID that the nightclub are ALLOWED to accept. These measures are in place to ensure that we do not get closed down! Its not the Syndicate being ANAL but these are the rules that have been put in place.......not neccessarily by the Syndicate, and these rules have to be upkept if the club is to continue to bring the worlds best DJ's to Bristol.......I think a lot of people forget that DJ's like Armin Van Buuren and Eric Prydz wouldn't have played in Bristol previously so I for one am thankful for the club being there. Long may it continue!!

Well... they should have a sensible policy about who they turn away. Turning away people around 30 who would spend the most money once in there and cause the least trouble doesn't make sense.

if you notice they scan the id aswell as it can cross reference trouble makers on their system or relating systems.
at least thats what they do in swansea.

So some people get "randomly" let in. Sorry but this is just annoying and doesn't help the club's atmosphere.

The bouncers wasnt going to let us in, we got the manager and spoke to him, think what helped was she paid for her ticket etc on line so they had all details. What i found strange us why are the bouncers going round filming when your in the club?

well said, if you want to talk about id set up a forum or post a comment somewhere else possibly entiled 'i.d: the clubbers enemy' or 'identification: this time its personal'
just 2 titles you could possibly use.
