Meat Katie's tracks have been licensed to compilations for React, Ministry, Dust 2 Dust, Dream Injection, Beechwood as well as BBC television and Walt Disney Pictures and he has carried out remixes for labels including A&M , Warners, Creation, Concrete, Fused and Bruised and Rennie Pilgrem’s TCR to name but a few. Mark has collaborated with Blim, Rennie Pilgrem & Dylan Rhymes with whom he scored the soundtrack for the film adaptation of Martin Amis book ‘Dead Babies’.
Mark has also provided major DJ support from Steve Lawler, Graham Gold, Boy George, Seb Fontaine, Rennie Pilgrem, Craig Richards, Adam Freeland, Jon Carter, Sasha, Bushwaka, Propellerheads, etc etc etc. Meat Katie’s debut album Off the Bone released in July 1998 received excellent press and earned him features in Melody Maker, Loaded, Scene, Dazed & Confused, Wax, Muzik. His eight singles with Kingsize have seen great remixes from Rennie Pilgrem, Dark Globe and Red Myers and have seen numerous top ten placements in the Buzz chart, Beats chart and Coolcuts. Meat Katie’s second album Long to Belong was released in April 2001 and was supported by DJ tours in the UK and overseas.

Vandal - Biography
Vandal is arguably the production world's finest exponent of electro-tinged breakbeat. Ever since his first release, Delivering The Goods', he has built up a reputation for constantly pushing the breaks sound while always ensuring the dancefloor is kept busy.
Vandal’s first vinyl outing was a remix of kitsch german pop group ‘Stereo Deluxe’. the don of electronic music, Andrew Weatherall, championed this remix and with his seal of approval Vandal was up and running. Remix of Spec X-Ray and electro track Higger Tor followed but it was his first single ‘Delivering The Goods’ which featured the tracks 'Boom Stick' and 'Mam Tor', two heavyweight tech funk tracks that really established estabilished Vandal as a key new figure in the rapidly growing world of breakbeat. American Magazine XLR8R made 'Delivering The Goods' Breaks Single of the Month and stated; "Vandal is severely in the place, now it is up to him to keep up the pace". NME raved about it, BBC radio 1 played it and all the top DJ's supported it. By the end of 2001 Vandal was voted fifth best producer in the world and ‘Boom Stick’ was voted third best single of 2001 by Breakspoll (international breakbeat awards)
Delivering The Goods went on to become one of Plastic Raygun's most succesful releases. This huge increase in profile resulted in him mixing the second CD of the hugely successful debut Plastic Raygun album 'The Raygun Administration'. Vandal's second single 'The Seeker' followed a year later, and was one of the most innovative takes yet on the breakbeat sound. Combining tough breaks with electro synths and techno style effects, 'The Seeker' once again showed Vandal trying something completely different, whilst ensuring the dancefloor was catered for. The single went on to be recommended as one of the top 5 records of the month by Mixmag and was played by a diverse range of DJ's like Daddy G (massive Attack), Plump DJ's, Damian Lazurus (City Rockers) and Krafty Kuts.

Following the two singles Vandal went into remix overdrive reworking renowned acts like Jean Jacques Smoothie, Paolo Mojo and Stabilizer and completed remixes for Swiss label Ritmic, Canadian label 2Wars and US label Bless. 2004 was a great year for Vandal single 'Bodyave'/'Ronin' should once again stamped vandal's name on dancefloors across the world. Ronin was picked up by Will White [Propellerheads] for the Beatz & Bobz Vol 2 CD released on the Functional Breaks label. Vandal went onto to tour all over Europe.
At the end of 2005 Vandal started worked on a un-named track which was set to become the biggest release of his carear and possibly the biggest breaks track of 2005.
Late 2004 Vandal sent Meat Katie a demo of ‘Mad As Hell’ and eventually signed up with his up and coming LOT49 imprint. The rest is history. By the time 2005 arrived ‘Mad As Hell’ was becoming one of the most sought after breaks tracks around with only a hand full of DJ’s owning an official copy and plenty of illegal copies doing the rounds. By the time it was release in the summer of 2005 not only was it being cained in all the breaks clubs, it had also become one of the biggest dance tracks on alternative radio clocking up over 25 plays on BBC Radio 1, (Zane Lowe made it single of the week and ‘hottest record in the world’ on his show). Over the summer of 2005 the only dance track receiving more plays on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show was Pendulum’s massive ‘Slam’ track. 2005 was finished off with bunch of remixes of acts like Odissi, Metric and Rogue Element.
The next single ‘Obey’ feature vocals from London based singer Odissi looks set to be a huge track for both Vandal and LOT49 with a double vinyl release being lined up. Already being hammered by Meat Katie and Lee Coombs this is set for big things. Watch this space…

Dylan Rhymes – Biography
While working for British Airways after leaving school, a chance meeting with a nu-beat-writing co-worker who was selling his equipment to go travelling led to Marvin’s first “studio”. Supplemented with the now legendary Roland TR808 and TR909 drum machines Beaver started, as most people did in dance music in the late eighties, by putting out a few acid house white labels. Before long the talent was noticed by owners of the seminal Wax Factory imprint, Ron Wells and Chris Simmons, who began to release more of his material. Dave Pearce’s Reachin Records also bought into the young producers skills, fuelling the fire and enabling Beaver to set up a commercial studio with his mate Justin Drake in the early 1990s.
Rhythm Design Studios in Uxbridge became the birthplace of Outsiders, Drake and Beaver’s much-lauded project for Junior Boy’s Own Chicago influenced Jus Trax label. Friend, DJ and London mainstay Clive Henry then joined the team and the trio became Peace Division, a project that gained props from every corner of dance music without exception.
Leaving Peace Division to focus on his own material, Beaver invented the Dylan Rhymes moniker (a reference to Bob Dylan) and set about working on a breakbeat track for Junior Boys Own. The result was 1996s “Naked & Ashamed” which, due to a Smirnoff ad campaign, became one the label’s biggest tracks (no mean feat considering JBO’s pedigree). Since then he has cemented his reputation as one of the leaders of the breakbeat and tech house scenes through his output through Kingsize Records, Meat Katie’s Whole9Yards and Lot49 labels and his own Blue Black imprint.
Besides original work, Beaver has also remixed the likes of Deep Dish, Infusion, Dave Gahan, Overseer, Unkle and Puretone while he has collaborated with Meat Katie, Christian J, Force Mass Motion (as Silencer) and Anthony J Gorry (on his 2004 album, Dead Famous).
