Well it's nearly time, in only a matter of hours Strategize will be going head to head with one of the UK Hardcore's longest running event brands - Fusion for an almighty mid-week mash-up of ceiling smashing proportions. Featuring Re-con, Squad-E, Supreme, Ramos, Vibes, Chunky Boys, Storm & Knight – to shortlist but a few - who's up for some school night debauchery, Strategize & Fusion style?!?!?

A few important changes you must be made aware of though before you arrive, firstly the original MC Marley will now not be attending this event due to other commitments and so will be replaced by Hardcore Heaven Award Winner and Fusion resident MC Casper - who in fact has recently been tearing it up representing Hardcore in the USA and joins us tonight for some Thursday night Hardcore merriment.

Also, sadly due to a bad throat - MC Livelee will not be joining us for this event and sends his apologies - as Project Protocol commented earlier today - "I'm afraid LiveLee has had to cancel his booking with us, due to a bad throat and you all know that if an MC's throat is not very good, neither is what they do on stage.." in his place, one of Hardcore's most honored and respected MC's - Junior, will be making a very special appearence for this event and joining Vibes for a solid hour of Hardcore classics.

It’s nearly time, with only a few hours to go until one of the South Coast’s fastest rising Thursday night UK Hardcore parties Strategize, go head to head with the almighty rave brand Fusion at Tru Nightclub in Camberley, Surrey to present to you ‘The Official Opera House Warm Up Party’ prior to Fusion’s debut at the legendary Bournemouth venue in June to launch the True Hardcore 2 CD compilation album. Taking place on Thursday 29th May 2008, both Strategize and Fusion have been busy locking horns and exchanging notes on the best possible line-up for this unmissable Thursday session – which includes special guests Re-con, Squad-E, Supreme, Ramos, Vibes, Chunky Boys, Storm & Knight – to shortlist but a few!

Continuing their so far successful tradition of putting on sell out events on a Thursday night Strategize are back with a bang and this time they’ve enlisted the help of one Hardcore’s biggest and longest running brands; Fusion. In keeping with this tradition of providing the very best parties in the raving scene today – the united work of both party providers has led to a line-up that’s absolutely worth booking a day off for!

Presenting All Around The World, Raverbaby, HTID and Clubland Extreme Hardcore album stars Re-Con & Squad –E headlining with an exclusive 2 hour set, Fusion co-owner and creator and THC head honcho DJ Supreme, Fusion residents and co-promoter the Chunky Boys, Strategize resident and co-promoter Project Protocol and Strategize regular Dano will all be making an appearance in the Main Room as the two brands collide for a massive kick-off to the weekend.

Meanwhile, Room Two plays host to the classics as Strategize Vs Fusion present a ‘Rhythm Station Re-Union’ set to resurrect those memories of the classic rave days of the early 90’s in memory of the never forgotten Aldershot venue. For this, both crews have enlisted the help of one of the forefathers of rave music – Druid, as well as another key player in the uprising of Hardcore, RSR’s DJ Ramos and the genius Old Skool magic of DJ Vibes in an exclusive appearence with MC Junior. Rounding off the line-up, Hypnosis, Skippy and Danny Hi-Rush who combined with the headliners, complete a fully stocked line-up of entertainers ready to take you back to the day.

MC’s for this event will include the UK’s very best on the headline Storm, Casper, Knight and Junior accompanied with full support from Strategize promoter MC Drew and guests Gsus and Sykee

So make sure you get tomorrow cleared from work, get your glow sticks and whistles at the ready and prepare for a VS match of epic proportions as Hardcore’s biggest and best players come together with very special up and comers on a school night to give you a weekday party – weekend style!
