DELTA CONNECTION
Breaks On The Beach

Our 2nd Birthday Celebration - Saturday 17th May 2008
@ The Whitstable Brewery Bar
East Quay, Whitstable, Kent,
9pm- 2/3am

To celebrate a second year as East Kent's premier breakbeat event, Delta Connection presents the biggest night of nu-skool electronic music that the CT postcode has ever seen.
With an awesome line up of djs and producers that compliment the heavyweight sound that has kept Delta Connection's reputation growing since 2006, and an outstanding new venue capable of holding two rooms of ravers that sits on it's own beach overlooking the English channel, this is the event that will no doubt define a new era for Kentish breakbeat.

In the main room, dedicated to best in broken beats, bleepy tweeks and badass basslines, the almighty Far Too Loud will be performing their unique blend of psychedelic and electro influenced sounds as part of their continuing domination of the national and international scenes. Label boss and psychedelic beats pioneer Liquid Djems will also be djing on this stage in a back to back set with Delta Connections' queen of bleeps Mary Miss Fairy.
Heading up the eclectic second room with his outstanding live act will be a9ent0ran9e of Phat Pilgrim records. Having caused the US dance community quite a stir recently, he'll be showcasing the new single 'This Life' which is due for release the same week.
We have also gathered together some of the best local djing talent to keep the dancefloor shaking, with Mezza Breaks, Ali Raise and the Delta Connection djs all poised to do some serious damage.

The Brewery Bar is a large capacity event venue which has just undergone a major refit to be able to accommodate two rooms of live music, as well as a balcony bar area and chillout space. All the beer on tap is produced locally and to a standard rarely seen in a club environment. The pebbled beach that the bar sits on is a beautiful place to enjoy the sunset before dancing the night away and sets a perfect backdrop to our evening of summer time sounds.
