Crash (under 18's night) Pontypridd Tomorrow Pres. The Bionic Hardstyle Residents Brian M Vs McBunn. By Valley-Houser - Thu 17 Sep - 10 comments
Music : Hard House, Hardstyle and Hard Trance
Headlining our Launch Party we have none other than BRIAN M Vs McBUNN DJ Biog: Hardstyle within the UK is certainly growing at a rapid rate and this could be linked to the emergence of leading UK hardstyle duo Brian M vs McBunn. Within the last year they have played almost all of the leading hardstyle events within the UK pushing their hard and uplifting sound to their ever growing fan base. Seen by many as a breath of fresh air to the scene and the next big new act to come from the UK their rise has been rapid with them being the first UK artists to produce for leading hardstyle label Blutonium Records. Working side by side with Blutonium under the name Brian M vs McBunn they have had a frantic year producing 6 world wide smash hits for the label including the likes of ‘We Are The Bass’ ‘Go Deeper’ and most recently ‘Automatic’ which have featured on many compilations worldwide and been supported by the leading hardstyle djs across the globe and the biggest events and festivals. Their production does not stop at this, they also produce tracks under the name Chemical Cowboys and have a string of releases and remixes set to hit the scene imminently, as well as both Brian M and McBunn both teaming up with other leaders from the UK scene such as Gaz West aka Dark by Design and Jon the Baptist to churn out some of the freshest sounding hard and uplifting dance floor destroyers. You will often find them playing special edits they have made purely to feature within their sets to give the tracks something a little bit different Behind the ones and twos the duo combine their awesome and unique mixing style, Unorthodox cutting and scratching and crowd pleasing antics which have made many fans across the globe and hit the dance floors hard regularly in Ireland, Italy, France, Germany aswell. As part of their busy UK club schedule they have played many of the leading events aswell as being residents at leading hardstyle event Bionic. Festival wise the guys played at SW4 Metro Weekend Cardiff (15000 people), Slammin Vinyl Westfest (10000 people) and to top off a cracking year they played the midnight set at the Slammin Vinyl NYE NEC which was the UK’s biggest NYE dance event with 12,000 people in attendance. In 2007 Brian M & McBunn have taken their career to the next step with regular plays internationally, regularly featuring in countries such as Germany, Holland and Ireland, the height of 2007 thus has would have to be them playing and rocking the Blue Arena in Defqon 1 2007 in Holland, the event featured between 35,000 and 40,000 people.
