1st of all ive gotta comment on the new lay out Kudos, i aint been there since november 07' & in that time between november and march 08' theve moved the bar for the better i'd say :)

Right then and now on with night itself but 1st this, as many people will know i review each and every night i go to and have done for about year, i do this because i like to talk about the event i've just been to in person withy people and on here aswell, but on here i've seen many reviews that just go basically like this, wow what a night and that's it!!?? So instead of me just saying wow last night was amazeing and that's it, i like to give as much detail as possiable about the night and dj's, be it, they good or bad i'll just say what i think be it good or bad in my opinion and my opinion alone, im not reveiwing to slate a night or a dj if i didn't like it / them, im just giveing my opinion and my opion alone. Im saying this on my latest review because in a few previous one's i've been accussed of slateing and im not, im just saying wheather i liked something or not, because i aint gunna come on here and say oh my god that night / dj was rubbish i aint gunna say because i know a lot of hard work goes into putting on nights, and i aint gunna slate anything @ all, because all im gunna say is wheater or not i liked it, Ok Safe :)

Sorry i went on a bit then, i just had to say i aint a slater / hater!! No im a lover of the club music scene & i will say wheather i liked a night / dj or not in a nice way, because what i don't like hundreds more people like and vice versa in it ;p :)

Right then & now finally on to NU GEN.

Me & Sam got into Kudos @ 10.40, and witnessed our 1st set of the night.

Allthough these guys have been on the scene for a while, last night was the 1st time i've seen them play, and i was impressed :)

11 - 12. Bass Bandits (Electro Set).

Latelly these 2 have been playing a few differnt styles, and tonight they played electro'ish, i personally dislike Electro as i rekon it's a bastard form of house music and that's my opionion, yes they played a style i don't like but they played it good, as it was a good set, espically when they droped Run Dmc TUNE! & a funky ish mix of The Prodigy's - No Good TUNE!

12 - 1. Big Al.

Again more Electro Arrgh ;p as he kicked his set of with it and then mixed into proper trance classics, i mean trance as when trance was just trance and not like what is out there now today techy style Yuk!! This Was Trance :) he played Oakenfold's - Southern Sun Tune! an awesome new mix of Tiesto's Adigo For Strings TUNE!, and an awesome one that goes Those Singing Sateilets TUNE! but i can't think who it's actually done by @ the memoent though ;p Top Set it was :)

1 - 2. Brian M Vs. Mcbunn.

I never ever thought i'd hear these 2 play anything like they did last night, i mean there know as Hard Trance / Hard Style Anthem & Future Anthem Makers, and allthough they stayed mostlly with the anthems in this set, they were Harder Electro Mixs of anthems from the electro scene remixed just that little harder for the harder scene, but not to hard as to alienate the fans of the originals, and then they 2 finished with some proper trance which included Agneli & Nelson - Holding Onto Nothing Tune! Top Set :)

2 - 2.30. Visaun & Snatch.

Returned for the last 30 minutes with some more techy stuff which was nice :)

And now the event & style of it. Right you see Brian M Vs. Mcbunn on a flyer / poster just like most of the dj's last night and you think oh yes a hard style night, and yes you'd be Right if it were For Bionic and many other's, but NU GEN aint, it's a Techy Trance, Electro, Trance Type night, where dj's can play a little bit differnt to what there normally known for ie Hard Style Dj's Playing Tech, Electo, it's something differnt than the norm hard night, personally i'd prefer a hard night any day of the week, but for something just that little bit differnt but as equally as good, then Check Out NU GEN because if some like me who hates electro can have a good night out listening to your fave dj's play the stuff, then a true electro, techy lover and lovers of all music will love this night.

it was my first time there too really enjoyed myself so did my friends who were with me,music was really good all round would go there again,only thing that let the night down was the fcuking clowns who were fighting!!!btw the mix of adigo by tiesto track you mentioned is the fred baker remix and fair play it is good!!!

nice 1 barry good to see you fri and shout to all those that made it, Kudos was rammed, big shout to all those that made it, apologies for those expecting a big of the harder stuff, the music policy for the event isnt to have it to hard so there wont be hardstyle at these events, but expect plenty of electro & trance so if your into that then make sure you check this night out as it was wicked and ive not seen Kudos so busy before, enjoyed all sets through out the night from all djs, Big Al, Vishaun & Snatch, Rob & Tom were all spot on.

That's a good idea that is because your gunna know then that for example you & bunn on line up with in brackets (trance set) because without something like that your gunna expect hard style just like i was expecting on friday and allthough there wernt any it was still a good night :)
