Formerly Elan Lounge, Bar Toucan has taken over the venue and kept it very similar to it's original layout. Operating still as an independant bar. Drinks prices have been reduced and a larger variety of drinks made available. It is a clean and comfortable cocktail bar and has DJs 4 nights a week. Opens till late but is off the bar circuit a bit, which means if you like to follow the crowd then this place is not for you.
