God i was soooo surprised by this night.
Downstairs youve got your Metallica, marilyn Manson, hard goth and mosh and rock music and upstairs is your rave msuic. i mean hard rave music, hard house, hard dance, acid techno/trance etc!! I like both music genres but was more at home in the upstairs room!!!
The place was a mosher/goth place and full 100% of goths and moshers. I mean really gothic people black hair, balck lips, big balack boots. i was o surpriseed that so many of them in not a particulary big town liked this music!! Upstairs everyone was sound, really nice people. I did kind of look out of place, i was dressed as a trandy perhaps the only trendy in there. But once in the uV paint and rave beads came on!! Me and my mate actually got refused at the door first, they sed only regulars but i blagged my way in, i wanted to go to this night. see what i really was all about. when we got in i fort id got the worng place, as it was just rock music and i was going to get v angry with DSI for seying that it played hard dance music but then i heard it once upstairs!!
really good night, no trouble.
BUT didnt really have a rave atmostphere, No one had any pills at all which i fort was sooooo wired and out of character for that type of music!! It was rave msuic fro defo, now i fink ive got it wrong!!!
Nah and sum girls in there were funny with me, i guess i was not dressed like evryone else and i got sum funny looks and sum people even blanked me when i was like hiya! Which is what im always like at rave and 100% of the time evryone is like yeah!! back to me!
But overall good night and would go again defo another time im next in cheltenham, but will go to charged up next time,. i fink it will be my scene 100% percent. Charged up at Bar Riga on first friday of evry month i fink
