Boombox returns to Berlin following our Easter Sunday event with Mallorca Lee and David Forbes. The May Day bank holiday Sunday see's us welcome back fans favourite Richard Durand, as well as an Edinburgh debut for The Gallery's Gavyn Mytchel.
Richard Durand should need little introduction following Tiësto making him his 'Tip For The Top in 2007', then entering DJ Magazine Top 100 poll at No:66 and being behind trance anthems 'Make Me Scream', 'Slipping Away', 'Sweap And Repeat', 'Submerge' and 'Weep'. If that wasn't enough Richard's official reworks of Tiësto's 'Lethal Industry', 'Flight 643' and 'Break My Fall', Armin van Buuren's 'In And Out Of Love' and Art Of Trance 'Madagascar' have made him a household name within trance!
Joining Mr Durand, Boombox presents Gavyn Mytchel, resident at London's The Gallery. As resident for The Gallery at its weekly home of the Ministry of Sound, Gavyn provides the perfect accompanyant to the worlds biggest and best djs at the UK's busiest club night. Ending 2008 by warming up for the New Years Gallery alongisde Danny Howells, Sister Bliss and Above and Beyond, 2009 sees Gavyn pushing his electronic inspired mix of deep house, progressive and tech alongside Timo Maas, Hernan Cattaneo, Armin van Buuren and Paul Oakenfold to name but a few headliners of late at Gallery.
Alongside our guests, as ever Boombox has put together a stellar line up of local talent from some of Edinburgh's favourite nights.
