Unfortunately due to the loss of the venue we are having to cancel this Freeformation :(

After quite a severe fire at the venue not so long ago we have been in constant contact with the management of Luna who assured us the venue would remain open for our event. However we have recently been told that the club will be closing down in very near future, before we have the chance to have our party.

We have tried our very best to secure another venue, but we have been unable to come up with somewhere that would be suitable for us and do justice to our great event.

We are planning to re-schedule this event for the very near future, so don't worry Scotland, you will be getting another Freeformation very soon.

Anyone who has bought tickets for this event please contact petemedlock@nuenergycollective.com and we will arrange a full refund for you.

Studio 24 would be alreeet! its just a bit tucked away! but thats alright! :D
I have never been to the picture house but I think its to big a venue.

We've look into both of those. Studio 24 came the closest but there were still hurdles in the way that prevented us from being able to move it there at short notice. For this date is was un-movable but for the future its possible for sure ;)

we've looked into all of these, old revolution (picturhouse) is having issue with licence for dj gigs at the moment so thats not an option for events until it gets clearance, studio's just have too many problems atm included limiter on the sound which would pretty much ruin the atmosphere plus the 2nd room isnt a touch on Luna's, cave's cant get at short notice and faith just wouldnt work for this kind of an event, most ideal venues for Freeformation are Luna and Liquid room's both of which are closed at this moment in time

Belive me we really want to do this party but want it to be up to the best standards it deserves

could u not look into the Lighthouse again thts 1 of the best nights a was at real underground feel to it. hire a funktion 1 system for it 2 lmao

I was talking to u before u went on and first thing I said was u better be fuc*in hardcore m8 u said well its a hard dance night about 2 tunes in u went right to the Hardcore/Freeform lmao a was right at the front dancing ma Biscuit arse off

ahh gutted for you guys up North. I'm feeling your pain. If a hardcore event is cancelled its one of hundreds, if freeformation is cancelled thats it, no substitute anywhere.

Hive isnt big enough at all, RATT is in a different city plus is a nightmare to put on events at, and perth is too far away as well, belive me if there was a goodf aletnative venue we would have used it but we would rather move this party then put on a half arsed jon at an un-ideal venue, its wouldnt do justice to the brand that kev and sharks have spent years builidng up

I was only thinking RATT because from Edinburgh, it's easy to get too. So what's the ideas? because waiting for the right venue when they have all already been scoped out sounds like theres no place for it! Pitty the Edinburgh club scene isn't stronger!

no guys sorry this event is cancelled hence the post , we will look to rescedule the date for later on this year when we can find an appropriate venue to host it
