Well folks, it's the week of MUSIKA'S 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!. A successful year has passed which has seen some of the worlds biggest DJ's/producers grace the decks of Musika, and firmly place itself at the forefront of Scottish clubbing, if not on a wider scale!!!!!!

After our stormer of a night last month at Ego with DEADMAU5, I hope you can help us celebrate being 1 year old......This month we welcome fellow Scot, worldwide renowned DJ and producer CHRIS LAKE along to Musika to help us kick off 2008 with a bang, and will be joined by the ever impressive residents Derek Martin & Neil Bartley............I think you'll agree this is shaping up to be one hell of a Birthday Party!!!!!!!

If you wish to kick off the celebrations early, the NotSoDirty DJ's will be providing the soundtrack at our official Musika Pre-Club Party @ The Wash, top of the Mound, to get you right up for the night ahead!!!!!!! Following the recent rise of these lads, one thing's for sure, you're guaranteed a night of top quality tunage!!

Had an absolutely amazing night at this on Saturday, cannae get enough of Musika. Got there just for the end of Dereks set and managed to catch nearly all of Chris Lakes set, lovin that he finished with Aftermath, haven't heard that tune in ages in a club!

Big thanks to the NSD guys who were right up for the banter all night, also a big Hiya to everyone that I met for the first time.

The free CDs were ace too, listened to Derek's one on the drive home to Glasgow and just listening to Neil's one on the way into work this morning, sounding good!

Thanks to Derek for a great night once again! Bring on the 15th March!!
