FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH! The Magic Hatstand came into being in November 2006 after being constructed by Emma and Jimi out of an ordinary hatstand. A lot of plywood, fluorescent paint and glitter later and the Magic Hatstand was born! Appearing on the Hatstand are a wide variety of ridiculous hats gathered from far and wide for each performance, along with DIY handlebar moustaches and more glitter ;) The Magic Hatstand is all about good soulful, connected fun. Deep funky house with a little dash of the bizarre or unexpected. Ultimately it is not just about the sound- The Magic Hatstand is all about the people who attend it!
