House Trap Present - Sean Holland (50 Point Four Recordings)

Sean's Bio:
Sean Holland has enjoyed a varied and challenging DJ background, which started 14 years ago in the sub tropical climate of Tenerife. With mammoth 12-hour sets ranging from soul and garage through to house Sean quickly developed an individual and involving style of mixing which proved popular with the ever-changing crowds. The Tenerife experience has paid off as you can hear when Sean is on the decks! Fluid mixing and faultless programming are the results of those long hours in the Tenerife clubs and since arriving back in the UK Sean has continued to wow the south west underground scene with his unique blend of house music.

Four years ago he entered the world of production and with his own label, Fiftypointfour Records making waves on the underground house circuit. The musician in Sean is very evident in his DJ sets with records being blended with key and musical effect in mind.

Musically the early renaissance sound and Sasha and Digweed, Sander Kleinenberg, Satoshi Tommie, Dave Seamen all inspired Sean and shaped his sound to some degree. Currently championing the cooler edge of electro house and uplifting house music you can hear the influence of Sharam, Deep Dish, Danny Howells etc.
