Well once again Contact has proved that the Red rooms can be a proper BANGING venue. Great vibe, great music and lots of fun. The addition of a d'n'b room certainly seemed a popular move. Coupled with Contacts traditional hardstyle/hard trance main room (moving into some nu-nrg at the end), a hardcore (you know da score!) room and the techno loft and chill out the scene was set for much mayhem.

Everyone I spoke to is loving the venue! There seemed to be a lot of flow between all the rooms as well as people checked out the different styles and dj's, and mingled with their mates and new friends. Featuring a wealth of local talent as well as some bigger names like Marley and Sharkey every room had its own distinct vibe but more importantly the atmosphere throughout was relaxed providing a perfect party setting.

Like a mahoossive house party the Red Rooms has definitely proved itself to be a popular venue with the Contact faithful. With regular funky nights every Saturday (Refined) and other hard nights in the diary (Critical Damage - who rammed the place a few weeks ago) there are definitely more good times to come at this place.

And maybe at some point I'll even find my way there first time ;)

They were fine with me putting my records back in my car, then my headphones later on..I think they found my chicken walk over the stones (trying not to ruin my heels!!) most amusing tho.

Was a feckin banging night, wicked atmosphere and great people. On the downside I got pulled over going down Titchfield Hill but had everything with me so they let me go on my way. They still had to breathalise me which I passed with flying colours. Just a good job they didnt comment about how I looked.
