Frank Ellrich has long been an icon of the hard edged scene, however it is his ability to evolve and remain at the very cutting edge that has seen him rise above many of his contemporaries- Frank is unquestionably hard dance royalty. Although cutting his teeth alongside Kai Tracid as part of the Tracid Traxxx mafia, Frank has since spread his wings aligning himself with the Straight On Black crew from Holland. Across his countless productions Frank has assumed a war chest full of guises including Plasmatics, Riddler & Headcrusher, Naiche & Steve K, X-frame plus of course the hugely successful Future Tribes.
First and foremost A*S*Y*S is know for his revolutionary studio productions- dark acid odysseys which have set dance floors ablaze across the planet. Frank Ellrich is the tormented puppet master behind dozens of eternal classics including Acid Nightmare, Acid Save Your Soul, Age Of Darkness, Acid Headcracker, Theme From Pharmacy and the world conquering No More F*cking Rock & Roll which was one of the highest selling dance releases of 2005 and included an exclusive cut from world number one DJ- Paul Van Dyk.
Not content with such a string of monster hits Frank Ellrichs remix credits read like a trance and techno form guide. Frank has stamped his style onto remixes such as Timo Maas- Maas Mellow, CygnusX- The Orange Theme, Yoji Biomehanika- Remo Con, Tiefenrausch- The Deep Blue and the ultimate hard trance anthem Hennes & Colds The Sound Of Rock.
A natural progression from the success of the studio was for Frank to take the show on the road and take the music to the people. Since 2000 Frank has toured the world headlining major clubs and festivals the world over. His effervescent style of performance has seen A*S*Y*S stage diving in Australia, climbing the rafters in Japan, moshing alongside fans in the UK, dancin Samba in Brasil and playing 100% live in front of tens of thousands of people in Holland. The A*S*Y*S stage show is as much about passion as it is about high octane beats and punishing melodies.

These guys need no introduction, this will be the 5th time the guys have played north of the border being linked with ourselves every time. SIMON FOY
Again this is one guy who definately needs no introduction in Glasgow, he's basically kept the clubscene afloat for the past 10 years or so with his massive Inside Out, Freefall and Unifi nights. Simon first made his name at Ark at the Tunnel in Glasgow, before bringing, and being resident at Cream Glasgow at the Arches. A move of home for Cream Glasgow then meant an opening and a start for Inside Out! As a result Simon has played at festivals such as Gatecrashers Summer Sound System, Homelands Scotland and Gig on the Green, as well as clubs as far a field as Planet Love in Osaka, Japan and the legendary Velfarre in Tokyo. Simon and his highly respected Inside Out night has now hosted the main Arena at Coloursfest on many occassions.

BARRY CONNELL
At the tender age of 23 Barry is Scotland’s fasting rising DJ and has started to take the dance scene by storm. After winning Simon Foy’s Beat 106 DJ competition in Scotland he quickly secured a residency at local night Pulse.
2003 saw a rapid rise in Barry’s profile with vast interest shown in England. Goodgreef were the first club to show interest with Barry providing an excellent debut, resulting in repeat bookings at all their events across the country. Their team describes Barry as ‘technically superb & versatile,’ and with the likes of Eddie Halliwell, Adam Sheridan, Shan, Alex Kidd and Tylor-Leigh recently maturing from their stable, who is to argue?
Next to follow were Bristol based Scream. Barry’s greatest achievement to date was his debut at the world the famous Creamfields Festival in Liverpool. Word of this performance traveled fast with clubs like Passion, Garlands, Frantic, Wildchild, Essence and Frisky all giving Barry dates. Back home in Scotland interest also grew locally resulting in Barry’s debut at Scotland’s finest club, Inside Out.
2004 has seen Barry play alongside Eddie Halliwell, Fergie, John 00 Fleming, Mark Norman, Montana and Matt Hardwick to name but a few… He has also finished the year in fine style by being named Goodgreef’s new resident. 2005 saw Barry perform at superclubs Escape, Inside Out, Wildchild to name but a few and also at a series of Eddie Halliwell’s BOSH live parties.
2007 has already been a bumper year for Barry with the announcement of his bi-monthly residency at the massive Inside Out in Glasgow and his great sets for the hugely successful 'Fire it up' nights. 2007 has also seen Barry return to Sweden to play the monday bar cruise alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. He has also made debut appearences at the massive Turnmills in London and the Hugely successful Tidy weekender, need i say more!!
