i used a slow shutter speed of 1 sec with 2nd curtain flash, an i was takin a pic of the lickin the girls implants an another geez stuck his head in the pic! lol
complete chance in other words!

Heres an edit...

All i done was cropped it an darken the image slightly in levels an made a selection of the white area to the right of the girls head an darkened that some more in levels!
