no , grimsby dsi is a waste ground for happy hardcore events that are no longer popular . whole of dsi is the same. the site got marauded by happy hardcore and all the other users fled , now the happy hardcore kids who have short attention spans have fucked off to CBEEBIES or wherever and DSI is on it s arse.

its trying to improve with mixmag on board but doubt it will regain what it once had.

more people use facebook.

Friday and Saturdays im in there, play total different music. from jazz to modern dance. rock and reggae all mixed up. tracks people forgot or don't here no more in the town.

took inspiration from this guy when i used to drink in his bar when i worked in Bournmouth , he used to pack the place with everybody dancing

yup .. im working really close with the north east lincs council, also attended meetings with ken stone n adrian moody (licensing officer and police) and gone thru all the ins and outs of setting up an event of this kind in our area to ensure i go by the guidelines (cz the last fing id want is the venues to be affected.

Also ive got a 'fairly' big grant from Arts Council England to fund the events so have everything set.

I have a venue for the first event which is only 200 capacity.. could do with bigger.

in the meeting with the licensing peeps they suggested using one of Kash's venues 'coyote bar'. Which i think would be a good idea, but all i'd need to know is if it would be allowed by him and if so how much it would cost for the hire of the venue.? i dont have a way of contacting him tho. :(

Obv it would need to be in the week or on a sunday due to certain regulations.

soo dont worry everything will be done by the books and within the guidelines.
