The dust is still settling from our successful launch night last weekend, and yet I am pleased to confirm we have secured HaHa for Misfunktional - Round 2; THE HALOWEEN FANCY DRESS SPECIAL!!!

After kicking off our opening party in style, we want to continue where we left off and invite you to join The Misfunktional Crew for a night of Haloween Debauchery, Saturday October 28th @ HaHa Bar, Guildford.



DJs LEWIS RYDER (guest), MR. SPAIN (aka JAVIER ESPANOL) and JASON CHANCE will be supplying you with a soundtrack of Funky, Chunky, Dirty, Twisted, Pumping House Music till 2am (license recently extended from 1am) in The Main Room, while upstairs in Room 2 DJs Uncle Jimmy and Freshold will be providing you with the very best of Breaks and Minimal Tech.

We want you to make an effort and come in fancy dress - the DJs are included in that by the way!!! - this is going to to be a party to remember DSI'ers, so please spread the word, invite your buddies and get your fancy dress clobber on for what is bound to be a belter of a night.

it's here! we'll be kicking off our monsters' ball in about 9 hours and i can't wait! got my halloween clobber sorted, looking forward to seeing who else has made the effort....how exciting!

Music-wise it was brilliant :) but the venue itself was crap, this time. Most of the time HaHa is good but there was hardly any space to move at all! So I didn't stay 'till the end... Party vibes were good tho.

hey anna thanx for the message - surprised u didnt know this was going on as we've been plugging it 4 ages! glad u and yr fella ended up there, think u were with some dude called greg too werent ya? great to meet u all and glad u stumbled across Misfunktional, even if it was by mistake :)

really enjoyed my set, the 3 of us were on rotation throughout the course of the night and it went well...was nice having the second sound system upstairs although i was a bit envious of the subs they had up there, kicking out some serious bass they were!!! think amy was saying u met her too that night? anyway, we'll keep u all posted on our next night...date is to be confirmed.

glad u liked the music; HaHa is not an ideal venue as it is always really busy in there - its soooo hot behind the decks but we always have a top night. Personally, as we organise misfunktional, then its great to see it heaving! Sorry if u felt u didnt have enough space to boogey but like i say, i love to see that place buzzing and packed - we just want to watch misfunktional grow and grow!

what a terrible problem to have jay - too busy...!

yes i know cri babe - big fat bummer that one!! in all fairness it can be jammed in there and bloody hot - but we're promoters and thats what we're aiming for. if the music is good and theres a wkd vibe in the air then i'd settle for that every month; HaHa Bar is just the start after all...... ;)

thanx sam :) it was hot indeed, i arrived at haha wearing a kind of dust mask thing to go with my doctors outfit but i was drenched within about 10 minutes so it came off - and that was at 9pm! it was around 11 when it got jammed in there, the queue was building which is always nice to see but we could definitely do with some air con behibd the decks! hope to catch u all at the next party :)
