It was Sunday 24 August,a date that everyone had been talking about for weeks.The air was chilly but had a growing sense of excitement.Once through the doors you were encapsulated by the sea of familiar faces,all here for one thing......to get down on it!
Yes,it was the last Bank holiday of the year,down the Crypt and proud host to Mr Danny Howells,one of Hastings finest DJs. With the music constantly pumping,the drinks always flowing and everyone more or less bouncing away in unison,there were smiling faces all round.
Such a shame the time went so quickly!It has to be my most favourite night at this venue,hopefully many more to come?

I totally agree! I think every current local dj & promoter was there all having a good time together! and paying their respects to danny. After all I think we owe him and all the others who built up the dance scene and put hastings on the map all those years ago.

oh yeah sorry mike. LOL. but I just mean it was a good to see all the nights in hastings tearing it up together on the other side of the decks!! some a little bit too much!! I appoligise I was on form that night!! lol
