Just noticed - £7.50 entry.

You might not wanna charge that much for The Crypt / Hastings in general.

£5 tends to be the limit before people kick up a fuss :)

Normally £6 on a Saturday without a headliner, I think £7.50's fair considering the line-up...saw a poster in there yesterday for an upcoming event, at the Crypt, £10 on the door...that, I think, is too much for little old hastings...But £7.50 should be cool:)

Fair play... I reckon it's fine, Hastings folk are tight that's all lol.

I expect to pay for a good night (Not at my own events though hehe)

Shame really, Hastings has a lot of talent, but they all go somewhere else as soon as they start doing really well...and that's why...most people here don't want to pay!

thats partly due to the range of music styles. Hastings won't accept much i don't think.

things are changing in hastings when it comes to dance music the fact the crypt is now hosting dance related nights is proof of that. the crypt has always been an venue that has always really been about punk and metal the fact that they are now looking a dance nights is quite a big shift. in music policy

loving the crypt. i tell everyone that it's a good venue and they're adimant that it's shite becuase of what it's renowned for. house muisc goes down a treat in there because the atmosphere of house music really compliments the great atmosphere of the crypt. eeeeee!

house on ya!

The Crypt's open to any kind of night, the promoters just need to get in there and make it their own! It's the biggest venue, in the centre of town, and has a real underground feel...people would be silly to call it shite just because of what it was renouned for in the early 90s! at the end of the day, Danny Howells started off there!
