After a very successful year at the Lamp, the Different Language parties have already become the place to be on a Bank Holiday Sunday. They are to get even better...

The parties are back outside and have moved over to the very stylish Limelight on Alfred Gelder Street. Limelight's outdoor terrace area will be stylishly decorated with new coloured Moroccan themed décor and drapes. Balloons and streamers aplenty with it been the 1st birthday of Different Language parties. They'll be a Daytime BBQ, Drink Promotions, CD Giveaways and much more.

Again, we have the very best underground house played outside with our very special guests...

Introducing Danny Lilwall...

Danny Lilwall is quickly becoming one of the most exciting DJ/Producers over in the Midlands with regular guest appearances at the likes of Ultra @ the Custard Factory and a solid residency with Gateway @ Rootys/Custard Factory, Birmingham. Danny has also guested in Europe, notably with exclusive DJ sets over in Antwerp, Belgium.

Danny has many influences including Circoloco, Below, Atomic Jam, David Tabberer, Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Lee Curtiss, Seph, Pheek, Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Matthew Dear, Heartthrob, Mathew Jonson, Adam Beyer, Speedy J, Rino Cerrone, Ben Sims, Mark Broom, James Holden and many more.

Danny Lilwall has already got an impressive discography including The Dawn Chorus EP (Musictracx Recordings), Orange EP (Musictracx Recordings), The Sankeys Corner EP (Musictracx Recordings), Cobwebs In The Static EP (76Recordings) and Lost In Osdorp EP (Noise Planet Records). Danny has also remixed for the likes of Dang, Carlos Adios, Frenetik Cool on Musictracx Recordings, Cristian Paduraru on 76 Recordings and Enggenier on Noise Planet Records.

We also welcome back Dan Doran...

Dan Doran is a Terrace Party favourite and guested at our very first event back in May 2007 so who better to help us celebrate our first birthday. Dan Doran is the heart and soul behind various events and has been a true asset to the Manchester's nocturnal manoeuvres as both DJ and promoter known for his Forward thinking attitude and natural ability to "Get amongst it".

Since Dan was last with us he has become a regular resident with Fergie's agency Excentric. Productions have also really taken off with a number of promo's on the Manchester circuit. Dan's recent smash release with Broken, Darbuka is out now on No Dough.

Supporting the two Dan's will be the delightful minimal and tech grooves of Different Language and the Work DJs. The party will be starting from 2pm in the sunshine and if you get in before 4pm, it’s FREE ENTRY!. Entry is £2 after 4pm.
