:stimulus: @ SMACK is 1! Join us as we celebrate our first 12 months at Leamington Spa’s freshest club with some hard hitting heavyweights from the drum & bass scene. February’s Birthday Bonanza sees DJ Randall, Hazard & Xample all touch down for another night of MASSIVE proportions. Here we go…

London’s DJ RANDALL has been a name deep rooted in drum and bass culture since its inception. Famed for his tighter than tight beat matching and tough selection to keep even the most hardened of dance floors on it’s toes, the too hot to handle CEO of MAC II Recordings and long time associate of Metalheadz will be touching down in Leamington for the first time in ages for a birthday special not to be missed at any cost…

As possibly one of tne of the busiest men in dnb Birmingham's own DJ HAZARD has been pushing all the right buttons over the years with some absolutely massive production setting dance floors on fire worldwide. From early beginnings on Birmingham’s KOOL FM to signings to DJ Hype’s True Playaz & Ganja imprints Hazard has stepped up to become the true jewel in the Playaz crown with recent productions such as “Mr Happy” (w/ Distorted Minds), Busted and previous smashers “Use Your Brain”, “Selector” and “Ready For This”. With a rather tasty looking EP on the way chock-a-block with the latest sought after productions from the man we thought it would be the perfect time for Hazard touch down in Leamington to help us celebrate our birthday in his own unmistakable style…

From the days of his early productions with former production partner Sol (and from a previous DJ performance for :stimulus: in our time at Robbins Well) it was clear to see that XAMPLE had a bright future ahead of him. It wasn’t too long before Andy C’s Ram Records snapped him up exclusively to the Ram camp enabling him to release some of the biggest tunes of recent times. We conclude our birthday line up with the man responsible for the massive tracks “Lowdown”, “Get Out Clause” and “Heaven and Hell” (w/ Crystal Clear), don’t sleep on this one...

As always we continue our new partnership with WHERE’S THE JUNGLE? clothing who have kindly offered to provide sponsorship for :stimulus: Watch out for giveaways on the night as well as future competitions as we celebrate another step forward in the evolution of Leamington Spa’s home of cutting edge drum & bass. For more information head to www.wheresthejungle.com

Support at this event comes from :stimulus: residents Caution & Samas + MC’s Algar, PM & Messy MC. 10.30pm-03.00am. £6 ALL NIGHT!

Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Personally I love getting ID'd these days.... oh to be a teen again...!
