it was awesome. but at least you avoided being subjected to heats equal to that of the surface of the sun. no air bloody conditioning!! tunes were class though and most of the people and that's the main thing :) x

Yeh, it was seriously boiling in there. They deffinately need 2 do sumat about that cos it was almost unbearable. Some of my mates had 2 go home early cos of it!!!

The ques took the piss as well and the toilets were proper shit! Apart from that it was a quality night tho!!!

The heat was nothing to do with goodgreef, the venue itself had messed it up and didnt get the big ass colling fans for the night.

I had an amazing time, emotionla, but amazing. Lost a few pounds in water but who cares lol.

Bangin night, amazing lineup, mental people & a loud ass sound system! What more could you ask for...? :-p And dont say air con lol!

Cheers, thanks, was thinking of going to a D&B night which will be held there at the end of the month but I'd rather wait for these teething problems to be sorted, I was on the lookout for some feedback on this recently opened venue. The excessive heat in particular is rather worrying :-(

Haha dont complain!! Try goin to HTID (Hardcore Til I Die) in Brummy where they have portaloos which fucking reek of shit & piss everywhere or try going to Download Festival where you have to use the LONG DROPS!!! =S The girls loos @ the Victoria Works were bliss in comparison hehe.

Yer the heat was damn intense & it was really messy, somehow got mud all over me lol but the atmos was proper hardcore hehe and the music was stompy n hard. Just how I like it. =D

I'd defo do that rave all over again - minus the intense heat lol. =D

The mud was interesting - more like being a t a festival than a night out!
And oh jesus the heat, anyone say sauna?

Great night apart from that - gutted zany never turned up, still Kidd's set made up for it, just about :]

i had to take off my fluffies half way through the night because it was far far far too hot and they were soaked with mud! for all the complaining about heat though i had an amazing night, Mark EG banged it out good and proper :)

was dead funny as well when people went outside and they were steaming! looked like everyone was on fire it was so hot.

my only real complaint would be the door staff. WHAT A JOKE! we were stood there from about 9.15 because we were going to support a mate whos set started at 9.30, however we didnt get in till nearly 10! and we were at the front of the cue and had tickets. apparently it was because the door staff were basically late for work, then they couldnt find the light for the till, what a farce! i just felt sorry for the dj's who had to play half their set to an empty room.

Yup yup sound system was fucking quality. Tip top/top notch!

hehe I kept mine on. =P If I'd have took mine off, me outfit would've looked just...well...not quite right & I couldn't have put them in me car cos the door men said if you go outside (at the front of the venue) you couldn't come back in!!! =S

I think the outside chill out/smokin area needs to be a lot bigger! It was a wee bit crowded out there...

but yer, other than that, awesome fucking night!!!!

Tunes were ace - people were great - the venue stank...

There was no need for the mud at all my boots were nearly ruined and I felt sorry for the girls who were wearing open toed shoes and sandals. And why have a white themed (doctors and nurses) night at a mudbath? It would not cost them a great deal to put an awning over the outside area to keep the rain off.

If I attend an event in a club I expect clean and dry flooring. There was no indication that you were at risk of trenchfoot by attending. - My mate had to throw her shoes away when we got home they were so wrecked.

as for the heat...

venue has great potential though good sized rooms plenty of space to dance, lots of seating and a quality sound system. get the aircon and muddiness sorted and i would return.

Rant over - but if you are thinking of attending and havent been before take note of the above. - I wonder if PVD realises where he will be playing - would be funny to go along just to see the eurotrance fans all glammed up getting dirtier and dirtier!!! :-)

MARK EG was AWESOME!!!!!!!
