Its was a woowees birthday and her gang came as characters from Alice In Wonderland, Mikey was the caterpillar complete with bong!!!!

he had 5 loverly young ladys daubing him in blue paint it was for woowee's birthday production of alex in wonderland mike was the giant blue caterpiller(only cos e was able to take out his hooka...) twas quite bizzare!!!

two kids caroline...what's your secret to the flat tummy...i used to be a size 8 before i had jack, but now i'm size 10 or 12..I just can't seem to get back to what I used to be..any ideas?

Took a while to get back after having Ambrin, best thing you can do you a flat tummy is pilates. Speaking of which I have not been to gym for nearly 3 weeks, gotta get back tomorrow as my tummy is no longer flat!!!! (oh and walk around with your tummy sucked in as much as possible, it might sound daft but it constantly works your stomach muscles and really does help). God I sound like the bloody green goddess!!!! xx
