Hair falls and wigs are your friends! I used to have a ginormous great pink and blue wig I wore back when I was a goffik. Maybe I should spruce it up and wear it to the next riff raff? :D

*waits to have head chopped off by everyone*

just fed up of shit djs..... sorry. this last one was very boring. greg zogg was amazing and was worth going to see him, as always, but i just didn't enjoy anyone else's sets. the last bunch of times i've gone i've really enjoyed myself because of the atmosphere and my friends being there etc. just doesn't seem as good as it was when i first started going.

think i just need to miss a few to really appreciate it again the next time i go. it's just not a good time for me to be spending a tonne of money on things i don't fully enjoy.

also, £4.30 for a vodka red bull? pure jokes.

People buy alcohol at t'windy!?

The night's gone from strength to strength as far as I'm concerned. I love how most nights tend to have a hard psy act this season.

We are not that vicious... yet! You clearly know what you like and what you don't, so there's no much space for discussion... I think. Loved the last Riff Raff, music, vibe and people.

The thefts and various incidents of the last few editions suggest that there are some nasty elements lurking around but I've also noticed an influx of a more mature, alternative crowd, 'Cabbage style', which has added to the general atmosphere IMO.

Shame that we might not see you around for some time! You sure you want to miss the Dave The Drummer Riff Raff in March?! Last time he played at the WIC was one of the best RR ever :-D

Yeh I've been really pleased to see some of that crowd come out, and they all seem to enjoy the night - just a really nice mixture of literally everybody from everywhere - which is cool - a lot of mixing with people I would never normally get to meet.

Also the musics just been bang on from the start, no getting stuck in genres but just playing whatevers manic and banging

Theres always a few nasty elements about, but you get that in every part of society. For so many people we do pretty well, I've had no real trouble off anybody yet - although I put an effort into giving out being positive

I can't begin to get my head around the concept of considering missing him myself!

It's going to be epic :)

Seen him already.

And as I may or may not have already said, I cant afford to spend money on things I don't enjoy :T

I don't like either of the Lab 4 DJs. Been massively unimpressed with them every time I've seen them.

I don't enjoy Selkirk's sets.

I found myself getting increasingly frustrated this time because there were too many euphoric breaks. Too much standing around waiting for the beat to drop again. Boring. If I wanted to that I'd go to digital society and get my fill of trance.

I don't feel personally that riff raff has been getting better and better as I've been going. Consistently enjoyable for a long time, but as I said, I enjoy going to see the people and for the atmosphere. I can't say I've enjoyed the music all the time for every single one I've been to, and I don't feel it's gotten better, not by a long shot.

er, yes? i guess most people buy red stripe or water or lucozade.

wow!! this is some statement.

I know next to nothing about mixing but I've heard some baaaaaaad mixing at RR. and not just bad mixing, but awful remixes. Whatever that godawful Metallica remix was, that was embarassing to hear.

Meh. I knew people would shoot me down and say WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOOUT and that's fair enough, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I'd never argue that. But I'm not going to keep kidding myself that it's good just because it's familiar.
