Now then, as you all will know riff raff isn't back at the west indian centre now until October :(

SOLFEST is a great festival on august bank holiday. but absolutely nothing to do with MAWBRAY or Shamania. there will be no riff raff techno djs playing hear.
Mawbray is no more either. last one was in 2006. Solfest is run by the Solway Festival Trust and by coincidence is about 4 miles away from the Mawbray site.

Repeat Mawbray Festival does not exist anymore! Solfest does not have a riff raff area!!


If you want to hear a weekend of riff raff techno djs then the only ticket to buy is a Shamania one!

Yeah, really looking forward to it. Shamania last year was the first time Maud (of the glowsticking with 5 pairs of sticks at once) came out with us so this year being the anniversary makes it extra special.

this is one hot underground festival for hardtrance/NRG/acid/psytrance/techno fans there is no event similar in the uk this year for the quality of underground artists..

Im well looking forward to it.. its only 2 and half weeks to go.. its an awesome site with spectacular views over Pendle Hill, on the foothills of the Pennines. Yorkshire/Lancashire border..
