Scott Attrill has been a major player on the hard dance circuit for over ten years now. Also playing under the guise Vinylgroover, Scott had been rocking dancefloors from the studio and from behind the decks since a very tender age.
First introduced to the scene through his friend's parents and inspired by the likes of Sasha and Slipmatt in the early 90's, Scott put down his roots firmly in the rave and hardcore scene and has been producing tracks since 1994.
After diversifying from hardcore into the increasingly exciting and innovative hard house scene of the late 90's, Scott really seemed to come into his own. His productions and collaborations with the likes of the Red Hed (Jim Sullivan) and Rob Tissera saw some of the most anthemic and memorable hard house tracks of that time. 'Move your Body' received massive accolade and lead to Scott joining the NuKleuz family.
Nowadays, Scott's sound is out and out hard dance - energetic and upfront with elements of hard trance and techno, all wound up with his own dinstinct twist. His productions have remained on the very forefront of the dance scene ever since with an ever developing sound. He's certainly doing something right, his DJ schedule is exceptionally busy. With tours of not only the finest and most respected clubs, events and festivals in the UK, he's also managed to squeeze in gruelling tours of the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. All this as well as just releasing his second artist album in as many years - the guy's certainly dedicated to the cause!
“Scott is so on top of his game at the moment he is starting to rewrite the rulebook” Mixmag
'Mega' is Scott's second artist album, following on from 'Bass Junkie'. With a big name and a big concept, this album is set for big things!!
"The music is hard, funky, sexy, dirty & downright brilliant! Bring on the filth!"
