What a great laugh...
Hi All

Well... Where to start?

first of all i would like to thank all of the guys at slide for showing great some great hospitality.

First of all lets start downstairs with the hard house music... i would like to congratulate all of the djs on a great performance except for Allen who's set was tarnished by the club manager by kicking everyone out from down stairs at 3am when Allen started.

the atmosphere from the downstairs room was great. it was the same great pumping beats and hyperactivity from the D.J's and Jay Viper was no exception. I could not find any fault with the line up or the crowd but i can't help think how good downstairs would have been if the correct measures where taken to ensure that the volume of the sound was at it's absolute peak. After all Hard House is not about holding back.

Now lets take a walk upstairs (where i happen to have tripped - lol) to the main room. Again the D.J's where great. the mixture between a bit of Trance to some Funky Electro was superb. i spent a lot of my time upstairs as i couldn't stay away from the music being played. By about 11:30pm the main room started to fill for Ste Grant in preparation for the Judge. I can guarantee that the crown where warmed up for the set of Judge Jules.

THE JUDGE HAS ARRIVED...

From the word "GO" the Judge took the crowd by storm. The D.J. box was mobbed by a swarm of waving hands and camera phones and yet, I think that this only encouraged Judge Jules to make his set louder and more pumping. One unforgettable moment from the set was the remix of THE KILLERS when everybody was singing along, wiggling their bums, and stomping their feet. You can probably imagine what it was like if you weren't there.

After Jules left Matt Hardwick entered the scene again proving to be another great crowd pleaser. At this point i started to grow tired from a long day at work so i decided to have a little play. my game was to annoy one of the photographers by leaving on my flash when he was taking pictures. I know I should but seeing the confusion on his face when his £2500 camera would not work the way he wanted.

Along Chris Pollock who locked the door to the D.J booth stopping anybody gaining access to take any pictures. All in All it was a good night out with a friendly atmosphere and some really good tunes and i would recommend it to anybody that enjoys letting go and dancing their ass off.

See You All Next Time

Yeah bit of a shame that, I had a few people asking me to crank it up and i had the master volume full up, it was only when my LAST tune was playing that Steve came along and cranked the amp up lol.

everyone did! everyone worked hard to make sure that all went right and there was no dissapointment.

the hard worked payed off. it's a shame about the hard house room closing early. it put a bit of a dull atmosphere on things from that point on (for the people interested).

on the upside though. enough good things happened to keep people coming back.
