its 1st thursday everymonth at shorrocks
called unseen.

i think the promoter is calling it a day cos he lost too much money on the second night.
it was over xmas so obviously everyone was broke. but hey it was good while it lasted, we make take the night to somewhere in liverpoo town centre, we had 300 in the opening night.

lol jonesy is the lad closest to the front in the first picture and sally is the one in the orange skirt in the second and the fourth!

what type of music were you playin?

i think shorrocks is the kind of place you go for convenience, not because you like the musis or not!

it was funky house.

we realised that it was a venue crying out for a decent night with some good music.

we originally tried to get the saturday but they wouldnt have it so we settled with 1st thursday of every month but the guy lost that much money hes sacked it off now, shame was good night.

back to the drawing board!! lol

yeah shorrocks isnt your normal 'club'. its more a gathering point for the drunk and disorderly of formby, not a place to listen to half decent music becuase the 'DJ' only changes his CDs about 3 times a year!! xxx
