On Friday 23rd March Minimar returns to our new London home, Bar 54, Commercial St, for an all night session of underground techno, house, minimal and electro.

For this huge event we are delighted to present an underground special downstairs headlined by the outstanding Cheshire Catz. The Cheshire Catz are without doubt one of the hottest DJ duos in house music today, they have enjoyed a rapid rise to fame since becoming Mixmag Future Heroes at the tail-end of 2004. Their infamous ‘Cheshire St Sessions’ parties are the stuff of London clubland legend whilst this year has been a non-stop series of gigs building from opening the main room of the End in Jan and warming up for Eric Prydz in the main room of Turnmills in Feb, to closing the second room at one of the UK’s hottest parties NastyDirtySexMusic at the Ministry of Sound via gigs at such respected venues and parties as Playtime, Together, Riot, Play, Heat, Twisted, The Gallery, The Egg, Turnmills, Canvas, The Key, The Rhythm Factory, Koko, Brixton Academy and Neighbourhood amongst others, as well as presenting shows on Ministry of Sound Radio. The booking of the Catz to play an exclusive set for our techno special represents a massive coup for Minimar and one we look forward to with baited breath.

Joining the Catz downstairs we welcome back Simon Acetone who takes time out from his busy schedule to return to the Minimar decks after rocking our party back in January. Finally completing the 54 lineup is Minimar’s brilliant resident Simone Mora, who has recently been installed into the Cross residents team for 2007. Simone will be getting the bar fired up early, so make sure you get to the club for 10pm to get the maximum amount of twisted tomfoolery possible. Mora will be playing with a choice selection of lush, melodic techno and minimal that will keep you moving till dawn.

With all the usual Minimar madness and music. We hope you can join us on the 23rd and be part of what will be an unforgettable night…
